Warrant will be issued for your arrest when you break the law.

That's a very broad question - it depends on which law you broke, who you are and the seriousness of the breach.

For example, you can break the law if you breached a contract term (broke a promise). The person you made the contract with can sue you if the promise was substantial.

If its a crime, there will be an arrest and sentencing before the court. You may get a trial if its a serious crime.

Either of these:
Issued a citation/ticket to appear in court or pay a fine then released.
OR
Get taken to jail then court. From there it depends on if you had warrants or if you can be released on your own recognizes or post bail. Then more Court; pre-trial, trial, how ever far you wanna take it.
