A government's practice of spending more than it takes in resullts in deficit financing, just as an individual's practice of spending more than he/she takes in results in deficit financing. Spending more than one anticipates to make, is financially irresponsible; but, many individuals who see their government making this decision, will follow suit.

It is not a case of "results in"; it IS (b) deficit financing.
It is the cause of inflation and the devaluation of currency.
