Are you looking for methods or reasons?
I'll answer the HOW, not the WHY.
1) Vote (after getting educated on the issues)
2) Write to your Representatives and let them know what YOU think. (This is a Representative form of government.)
3) Run for office.
4) Volunteer to help in a campaign.
5) Study LAW and become a Constitutional Lawyer.
