My boyfriend is illegal, he's been here for 11 years. I really do love this man,and it's nothing to do with his situation..but I want to marry him or get him married to a U.S. citizen,so he can be legal..What do I do? Do I just marry him like I would a U.S. citizen? How long does this take? He doesn't like to be here illegally,it is very sad..and I always worry about him being deported. Please help me with advice, and only I want serious answers.. or I will report you as spam.

sounded like he's got a few options there. marrying you or anybody as long as she's a citizen. that is kind of hard. i believe he must be in his home country or he will have to hide for a long time while the petition is being processed. but since you are going to marry him, then you should be living together as they will be making an investigation/background check.

Goodluck! =)

Just get false documentation like all the other illegal aliens and outlaw individuals have and produce to employers to get jobs in the United States. Do not worry about the law or breaking it, only legally residing American's who break the law are being held accountable for their action's. Prison's are for legally residing citizens who commit criminal acts! Those who enter this nation illegally are just sent back home, for another go at it later! Amnesty is on the horizon for all illegal's so just hold on a little longer...Both George W. Bush and Hillary Clinton support an amnesty program that will make millions of illegal immigrant's, U.S. citizens! A deal has already been cut with the Mexican government.

Getting married is easy. You can do it just about anywhere. There's no requirement that he be a citizen or permanent resident in order to get married.

Getting him a green card is another matter. If he entered the United States illegally then there's no hope whatsoever of getting him a green card unless he leaves the country and starts from square 1 back where he belongs.

I suggest you consult with a board certified immigration attorney. It will cost you about $200 for a 1 hour consultation.

The best way is for you and him to return to the country he belongs to, and get married there. Then apply for legal entry into this country. Very serious here, how devoted will he be to you and the family he makes if he won't go thru the proper steps to become a citizen. If he will not stop being a criminal, please do not have children. Bringing children into such a criminal endeavor would be be cruel. Perhaps you don't care for the quality of your soul of that of your criminal boyfriend, but please don't bring innocent children into such a depraved and sin-full situation. What will you and the children do when he is found, jailed, and then deported?

You ask for advise then threaten to report people if the answer is not to your liking? I'll give you an answer that you probably will not like. My wife and I just went through the process of getting her a green card. It took a long time and at times was very stressful. It was made harder because of people who do what you are contemplating. Because of the large numbers of people committing marriage fraud, legitimate couples have to jump through extra hoops because immigration is so suspicious.

What's up with all these American hybristophiliacs?

And why would you want to "get him married to a US citizen"? Are you really willing to go as far as to get him married to another woman just so that he can break the law?

You have to visit a lawyer. It depends on how he entered the country if marriage will help him.Look up a local legal community clinic that offers free immigration advice.Good luck

You would be aiding and abetting an ILLEGAL ALIEN. He needs to go back, and enter the right way, which would be getting In line BEHIND the people trying to do It LEGALLY.Get him married? Are you ILLEGAL? Sounds like a pretty desperate situation to me.
