I'd have a field day! I'd bake some cookies and pass them out at my university to all the liberal "we think it's cool to dissent" liberals. I'd have just a great day walking around campus looking at all the downer faces....just like in high school when everyone wanted Kerry to win.

Classic! Let's go Giuliani!

and rarely get answers and even those are devoid of intelligent rationale? Meanwhile liberals tend to give me answers that are very nicely written, balanced, even admitting some flaws in the democratic positions, even criticizing democratic lawmakers at times, and exhibiting a true passion and reverence not for a man or a political party but rather a respect and love for the constitution of these United States???

Why do the republican responses seem like they come from people who have anger management problems and say things like, you should be shot for calling general Petraeus a traitor?

In the case of O.J. Simpson; How does one get aquitted of a crime and found "not guilty" by a jury of 12 people then later through a "civil" suit found "liable" for the deaths of these 2 people and be order to pay restitution to the family members for what happened. Isn't that like being tried twice for the same crime? Either you did it or you didn't. How can you be found not guilty in one, then guilty in another? Doesn't that make him "guilty" for these crimes?

never actually answer questions from logical people seeking honest debate about the war and politics etc.? They just answer with "Why do liberals blah blah blah?"

Also, well-thought-out, literate, and sensible questions are always labeled as "Bush-bashing" or "a rant". This I do not understand. If you have nothing valid to offer to the debate, then why throw your useless two cents in?

I can feel some idiotic Bush-touting answers as I write this. Please, prove me right!

Many members of the Conservative base have always wimped their way out of service (some havent ie: McCain, Hagel) but others like Bush, Cheney, Limbaugh, etc. I mean, Bush essentially pussied his way out of vietnam by going to the Texas air national guard and not even finishing his service, then when he becomes president he sends the national guard soldiers to iraq, kinda ironic..? And didn't dick cheney cheat his way out of vietnam like 5 times? If we took our 535 members of congress and compare military service, I guarantee you that the democrats have more military service then the republicans.

The conservatives should stop bashing the moderates/liberals because at least they fought for this country while you were all safe on the home front counting your money. If you never had the balls to serve, then you should talk sh**

...for military wives and children to live far away from their husbands while they are serving? That is to say, is it uncommon for a wife and child to stay in Colorado while her husband serves in North Carolina, and potentially overseas?

Is this sort of separation frowned upon or otherwise considered nonsupporting? Is the wife ever judged harshly for not "being with her man"?

If any Sheriff or Police Officer has myspace, I would love to ask a ton of questions that I have on my mind. It's my biggest goal & dream becoming either one myself, at a young age like 16, but I'm working my way up the dream... but I need to ask a ton of questions and not make it public like this.

Thank you for your time.

I'm 18 right now and I eventually plan to join some branch of the military at some point in time. Just about everyone in my family has served and it's something that I want to do as well. I'm 18 now and I think the cut-off limit is 30 so I have until then which is 12 years. I dont know but for some reason when I join I want things to be different, instead of using the same weapon my dad used over 30 years ago. I always here and see all these concepts of what our military will be equiped with in like the year 2015 and so on but it's 2007 now and I don't see anybody with vizors coming over there face giving them an HUD of all there surroundings and there squad. Also how much longer are we going to use the M16/M4 weapons?? I know they are excellent weapons but we have used them for a long as hell time right now. When are we going to switch over to a gun like the SCAR Assault rifle or the HK416? Anytime in the next 12 years maybe? I would be a hell of alot more excited to sign up if so.

I recently bought a laptop on ebay for $2,200. I paid through paypal and everything seemed to be fine. Then suddenly, for some reason, ebay cancel the auction for some reason. The seller said the only way for him to ship me the laptop is to claim a dispute through paypal and close it. And so I did. But I haven't heard back from him yet. If he ends up not following through what he said he was going to do, what can of legal action can I take? I have his information and home address. How much would legal fees cost me?

Quote) •Bush is not credited with any medals on this discharge, although he was authorized two: the National Defense Service Medal for 6 months of active duty and a pistol qualification badge. He lost the pistol qualification when he was stripped of all his qualifications but the NDSM should be here and its lack shows that not only was he stripped of all his qualifications but his medals also." (end quote)

LOL--BUSH received ZERO HONORS!

Never has there been one so DISGRACED to be STRIPPED of every ribbon and yet received a honorable discharge.
No country , has a soldier who served 5 1/2 years without ONE honor. None ...except, the U.S A. LOL--our preztent! LOL
One may say WIKIPEDIA is a bad source. Well...Go change it. Simple nuff???
I offer a $1 reward if you can prove he was not stripped, and did recive ONE SINGLE HONOR. Or $1 if you show another soldier, in any army, anywhere, so disgraced he didnt get DISHONERABLY DISCHARGED

After comparing Hitlers Invasion of Poland, I noticed a similarity.
(I will let you draw your own opinions)

Following several German-staged incidents (Operation Himmler),
which gave German propaganda an excuse to claim that German forces were acting in self-defense,
the first regular act of war took place on September 1, 1939, at 04:40, when the German Air Force (Luftwaffe)
attacked the Polish town of Wieluń, destroying 75% of the city and killing close to 1,200 people,

The basic facts are that we need oil.
Iraq would be an allie. We keep Alqueda, aka "Terrorists" from controling the Oil supply.

Sure, we sacrifice soldiers, but so what, what else are they good for? There is plenty more at our disposal.

If gas prices are kept low and the economy rises, that is really all that matters.

So, support the war against Iraq. Your future is dependent on the war in Iraq.
