I have a feeling my 16 year old daughter may have had sex with an adult about a month ago or even a few months is there a test that can prove this? she is saying she didn't but i have reason to believe other wise. someone told me there is a 6-8 obgyn test is this true?

G'day all!!

I was wondering, I am considering serving in the Unites States Military, but I have a slight (possible) problem.

I am half Austrian, and half American ( I grew up both in Austria and America, My mom is austrian my dad american) so I not only speak Austrian dialect, german and englisch fluently, I also have citizinship in both countries.

I have heard that, if i were to enter the military, that I would have to renounce my Austrian citizinship. Is that true?

If so, is there no way around it??

and, Would it be possible to, in the future, get it back?

The notary public's signature is illegible and nowhere on the document is the Notary's name typewritten or printed. Therefore "said Notary" is unidentifiable. Also there is NO Notary Stamp or even any kind of "Acknowledgement" attached to the Will. "My commission expires: ________."
This quote was typed and following the colon, 1999 was handwritten in on the blank line. These are the facts. Could this be legally binding in any case? Or does this appear as fraudulent as I perceive it to be?

Please explain your reason for banning cigarettes as well as explaining why fast food is exceptable even though it results in heart related deaths each year. Also imagine if cigarettes only effected the smoker and not the other people in the vicinity, would it have the same laws as implemented now or would the laws be different.

We cannot deport 12 million illegals. Our economy would collapse and we would rip apart many families that have been an asset to our country. Therefore:

Give all illegals 3 months to turn themselves into a police station of their choice. They will be arrested and if they plead guilty they will be given 2 years probation and must carry a national I.D. card the rest of their lives (assuming they have no criminial convictions). Employers found employing illegals after that will be fined $20,000 per employee.

This is not amnesty because the illegals will be found guilty or deported. They will serve their sentence (probation). Those who have been waiting patiently and legally - no its not fair to them. But maybe getting control of the situation would help them finally get to enter the country legally.

Yes, that's right because of overcrowding.. but then 10 minutes later I heard the news that a man has been in jail for months because of zoning laws. He didn't have a permit for making a fence...and then someone was arrested for smoking pot cause they are chronically ill... Excuse me....but if someone is not hurting anyone... not violent or a danger to others, why are they in jail over a thief, or some violent criminal..? What is the matter with our laws.?.Is the government that selfish and uncaring..that a permit or a medication takes priority over violence.? I currently work in an office job where I am one of the youngest members of the team. I recently found out a co-worker of mine (who has a slightly higher position but not a supervisor) has spread rumors to other people (including other co-workers) telling them that I have an eating disorder and that I "throw up my food". She has even told this to the security guard in our building and he believes it; one time, when I was walking into the office with my lunch, he allegedly walked up to one of the employees and told her "I bet she (which is, ME) is going to throw all that up!" (the employee who heard this did not tell me at the time when the guard told this to her, so I did not know and just minded my own business as I walked by them). And now, everytime I go out to lunch and eat in the building, the guard and my co-worker examine me and want to see if I will throw up my food.

when i was in high school I stole an mp3 player. I was sitting in class one day and the guy sitting behind me had an mp3 player. to annoy me he put the headphones up to the back of my head and turned up the volume. so the next day as we were leaving class I swiped it when no one was looking. a few days later he realized that it was me that took it and confronted me. I gave it back to avoid getting in trouble.
so will this disqualify me when I take the polygraph test?
