Being the owner of the car .... and if something bad happened, she definitely could be sued. They would more than likely put a lien on her things which means she'd never be able to sell them, etc. IT COULD BE VERY VERY BAD FOR HER. Her insurance should cover but now we can't always afford good insurance. Her insurance company will also be sued and if there isn't enough to cover the issue -- her insurance company can sue her. Yeah -- even her own insurance company.

If you have outstanding warrants your license is probably suspended. Her insurance may not cover you if they consider you an unlicensed driver. If you are caught driving her car you can be arrested and her car can be impounded.

If you were to seriously injure or kill someone with her car and the damages are not covered by her insurance, she could be sued and loose everything.

Two warrants? You mean for your arrest? I strongly suggest against you borrowing her car, or anyone's car. I strongly suggest you take care of your business.

I'll start you on your way by reporting this question.

only if she lets you or knows you are driving her car and you don't have insurance. don't be stupid though, just go take care of your warrants.
