I'm from the US, but I've heard a bit about her. I know that she's mentioned in the Pink Floyd song "Pigs" and a joke was once made about her on "Are You Being Served?", but I had to look her up on the Internet before I really knew who she was. Quite frankly, she sounds like a joke, but in case you can't guess it, I'm a bit left-leaning myself. What do you think?

he installed new tub and shower unit, did not put any concrete under it, scratched and goudged the walls and the 130 year old wood work, left gaps at both ends of tub, took off without a finish inspection and wont come back. says he did no damage. we payed him roughly one fourth and are refusing to pay more until he finishes the job right and repairs the damage. just refinishing the plaster wall and wood work will be $470.00 plus the cost of a painter will be another two or three hundred. we only owe him about 750.00 he refuses to provide his license and contractor numbers. he filed mechanics lean on the property, we tried to get him into court and the judge would not hear the case as the house is not up for forclosure. seems iowa courts only protect the buisness owners and not the consumer. he can file lean for unfinished work and damage he left with no written contract, but i cant do the same to him for the damage. how do i go after him and the old buddy court of cass county iowa?

Clinton,Obama, John & Mitt are only concerned about keeping International Bankers protected to continue their Financial control over America through the Federal Reserve Banking system.

The Council on Foreign Relations from its inception was started by the financial interest of these same wealthy bankers at the expense of "We the People" and continues to broaden its global sphere of influence.

They raise money as a God for the masses to worship and consumerism for the ignorant to praise.

Everyone has a life to lead with relationships, children, school, career...

This is what they count on to succeed in taking everything from you.

Their corporate paymasters enslave us through taxes, interest & penalty fees.

Consider the income to energy, housing & transportation ratio for the average American working class family?

Hard work and saving your money used to be enough to enjoy the American Dream, but if this continues will your childern even be able to dream?

Our children's toys are painted with lead paint, our toothpaste has toxic chemicals in it, and our dog food is contaminated with deadly ingredients. There is evidence of abuse within the manufacturing companies and it isn't good for our economy. I get frustrated that it is getting impossible to buy things that say made in America. To be honest I wouldn't mind buying products made in countries that I know have strict laws about safety and worker's rights.

I have a few questions

1. Are you for/against the war?
2. Were you for/against the war?
3. What, if any news, do you watch? This includes the Nightly News from CBS, NBC, ABC, and cable news. This also includes newspapers.

Please be as specific as possible as to where you get your information on the war from.

Organized crime has infultrated our school system and continues to preys on our children for $$$, making our kids additcted thus limiting their freedom of even live a normal life. This does not even include the number of adults who have fallen victim. Drugs does not only limit the freedoms of individuals but literally can bring down a country to its knees. America is doing the best that it can to fight illegal drugs but if you look at all the things being spewed out of the mouths of Repugs, its all about the war on terrorism.

Okay, so we've all heard some of the Republicans here and elsewhere say that if you're a liberal and want to protect the environment, you're an idiot, global warming is a myth, welfare is evil(unless it's Corporate Welfare, then it's a godsend to help keep prices down for Americans, but why are we helping America's most fortunate and not our LEAST fortunate?) abortion should be illegal, but you can't give condoms to teens or educate them properly about sex and std's, etc.,social security should be privatized, our schools should be replaced with vouchers and/or privatized. But if turning over all businesses, industries, etc., to government is "communism" or "socialism",why is it okay to turn over everything to Corporations? We can't give economic aid, food or clean water to foreign countries to help prevent terrorism. Why is it the ONLY thing worth protecting to them are their investments and their money? What Are REPUBLICANS Doing To Make AMERICA and the WORLD Better? ? ?

Due to an unfortunate accident, my neighbor Fritz has been blind for several years. He drinks quite heavily and has not accepted the new life that he has been forced to live. I do feel for him but I have had to replace my front window 4 times because of his random gunfire.

I have talked to the police but they say they can do nothing as long as he is in his driveway (it's painted blue and has the state approved handicap signage) and has the handicapped tag on his neck.

Somehow this just doesn't seem right.

The original marriage took place in Maryland and we will be getting married in North Carolina. He says that since she was already married that their marriage license became null and void. What she did was considered bigamy and I want to make sure it does not happen to him. Is it just that simple? Can he just walk away or does he have to file paperwork? Is there someone he can call to see if the marriage has been voided or if it is still on the books as a real marriage?

The amount of welfare that you can receive is so low that welfare reform is not needed. You need to be about 200% below the poverty line in order to get a very small amount of cash assistance. A family of four can not make more than $400 a month in order to get $400 in cash. How can people say others are abusing the system? There is nothing to abuse. Yes, they can get other benefits like medical or food stamps. But it's not even enough to live off of, let alone abuse.

As long as Bush supporters keep herding around like sheep others like my brother will and have died in vain. When a soldier dies in a war it is sad. When they die in vain for lies it is evil and anti-American.

How much more Anti-American can Bush supporters get?

I mean, the only bad thing he ever did was blow and be blown by an intern. And that only interfered with the country because the republican bitches insisted on impeaching him for it, thus taking away attention from real issues. He did a lot of great things as prez. The only thing I don't like was the "don't ask don't tell" policy.

Most Iranians want a democratic revolution and want nothing to do with the Ayatollah or their wacked President Ahmadinejad. I hope we don't have to go to war with them, but their interest in nuclear power concerns me. If we never installed the puppet for British petroleum the Shah, who used his SAVAK police to opress innocent people, and left the democratically elected Mossadeq alone, Iran would be doing fine. Mossadeq was a Western ally and most Iranians loved the guy and they held American hostages because we installed the evil Shah.
