Okay, yes the travelers checks are counterfeit.. Another stupid scam.. My question is: What happens when the bank finds out?? Do the police get involved?? Does this person who fell for the scam go to Jail and get charged?? Just a few questions that i wanted answered by some real people! Thanks a bunch in advance.. :)

me and my husband were thinking about joining golds gym we went up there looked around and we decided i liked it and i was going to join. we filled out papers about my health and stuff and the manager had me sign a liabilty waiver. thats all she said it was and she had my husband sign a paper for eft. for the monthly payment. my husband said he wanted to think about it and we had left our credit card at home anyway. we told her would would call back with the #. looking into at home we found out there was a contract of 12 months connected with it. next day i called and confirmed it. now two weeks later she is calling me leaving voicemails saying that i signed a legally binding contract. she never once told me thats what i was signing thats why the next day i called and asked her if a contract was involved. and she even told us that day without our credit card info she couldnt do anything as far as me joining that day. so what should i do? am i stuck in a contract? is it legally binding

I am the executor of the Estate that owns Real Estate valued at well in excess of $500,000 and the estate owes roughly $25,000 in back personal income taxes on behalf of the deceadent to the IRS. Once the IRS places a lien on the Real Estate owned by the Estate, how long does it take before the IRS is able to force the property for sale or auction?

This plan is to give LA its own NFL stadium, lavish upscale shopping malls and high priced homes and condos. Sounds like a dream come true, huh? All they have to do is displace thousands of poor lower class citizens and thier families from thier homes to do so. The sell out of his own people(name withheld) justifies his decision for the new project as giving 50 thousand new jobs to the community. What community?! Does he really think that Miffy is going to drive her $100k 16th birthday mercedes to work at hotdog on a stick?! It makes paid slaves for the rich who can actually afford to be living there. The residence will be paid the bare minimum to move but not enough to buy homes there. The jobs He said that will be provided won't pay enough to live there and the employees will have to travel distances just to get to work. If the wealthy want this so bad then why don't they build it in thier backyards? Are the employees not good enough to drive over and serve the rich in their hood?

What determines your "rank" in the navy? Is it based on your ASVAB scores, or on how well you did in training. I'm just curious. Thanks in advance.

At one point in Jared Hutchins' young life, the Beatles were a big problem.

"I had to stop listening to them for a while," said Hutchins, who lives in Cumming, Georgia, and plays the piano, guitar and harmonica. He said the group's world view "had a negative effect on me," and made him irritable and angry.

My mom died and my seventeen year old daughter lived with her , during her last two months of life, helping care for her, and so she would have someone with her at night. Now that she has passed, the apartments let my kid stay there, and start a new lease. so she went to get cable in her name, and they told her until she pays off my moms cable bill, she can never have service there. Is this legal? she wasnt on the contract, the cable was there before she moved there, and it makes no sense to me.

....so much is made of the assertion that Bush went AWOL and lost his flight status. So many people move right on and then call him an idiot. Ever stop and think about the fact that to lose flight status, you have to GET flight status in the first place? Any idea what it takes to get flight status in a 60's era jet fighter?? I think anyone who wants to say Bush is stupid should go to a local airport and take and pass what is known as a "First Solo" course. If you can comprehend the aerodynamics, flight rules, mechanics and systems required simply to takeoff and land a little fluff-muffin Cessna, then you posess1% of the competence required evaluate the intelligence of someone cleared to command a blindingly complex flying brick!

How could anyone oppose any view of Dr. Ron Paul who has sternly held his same views time and time again. This man is out to ABOLISH the IRS and Federal Reserve. That alone should get Ron overwhelmingly elected. That would mean that the illegal income tax you willingly pay now would be abolished along with any rights the IRS thinks they have to come and steal your things if you do not BOW to them! That also means that our Treasury could go back to printing currency based on the gold and silver we have in reserve instead of our economy growing deeper in debt to the World Bankers (A/K/A Federal Reserve) and other world governments we BORROW from. He will replace the IRS and Federal Reserve with NOTHING!!! That's my kind of president!!!

This man is the ONLY candidate that I have seen that has out right spoken against BIG GOVERNMENT and declared to trim it down a bit.

In the USA you can't just give your kid away. That is called child abandonment, and it is a crime. Although Arellano has already committed a whole string of crimes, including illegally entering the USA (twice- the second time a FELONY), and Identity Theft (a FELONY), her son is a USA citizen, and he has the right to be protected from an abusive parent.
Judging by her actions, Elvira Arellano abused her child by forcing him to be a painted monkey, dancing for the camera, spouting propaganda for the illegal alien organizations, she used him to collect SSI illegally, (probably used that stolen social security number to get it too), and now has neglected him and abandoned him.
Child Protective Services can go in and remove him from that (God awful) "godmother" who does not have legal custody, by law, and who just wants to use the kid to get money & abuse him the same way the mother did, forcing the kid to be a painted dancing monkey for the media.
Let him be adopted by a nice US family.

1.The United States should secure our Southern border with Mexico.
It doesn't make any sense to have uncontrolled massive illegal immigration.
How does it help America in any way by letting in millions of poor & uneducated people, & then not making them learn English & assimilate?
2.The United States should secure our Northern border with Canada.
If the U.S. government continues to leave our border with Canada wide open, it will leave America more vulnerable to a terrorist attack. It gives Islamic extremists an easy opportunity to get into the U.S.
3.The U.S. government should deport every illegal immigrant convicted of a crime.
We should have zero tolerance when it comes to illegal immigrants committing crimes, even if it's just a DUI.
How does it make any sense to let a foreign national come to America illegally, & then let them stay after they have committed a crime against an American citizen?

I would want to join the navy to travel or I would want to fly jets and fight. The only problem is how much money I woud make in the navy.

This question is ridiculous, and no one even points it out. The reason it is ridiculous is:

There WHERE WMDs in Iraq in 1998. Clinton used political and economic pressure to have them destroyed, and the program stopped. Later, Bush tried to say there was a new WMD program in Iraq. This program was the reason we went to war, and evidence of THIS program was never found.

So you see:

Clinton was telling the truth when he said Iraq had WMDs.

Bush was lying when he said Iraq had WMDs. Or maybe not lying, but did not have accurate information.
