he should have been given a long prison sentence. What kind of sentence did he give his victims. I can not believe this judge. He should be judged by the public!!!

It's crazy, Paedophilia is not something that you smack someones wrist for, it is an incurable illness and the consequences of it wreck the lives of innocent children. I don't give a damn what his religion is, he's a filthy pervert and should be banged up out of harm's reach!

The judge made a bad mistake. The paedophile should have got a prison sentence.
If the Attorney General considers the 'Community Service' order too lenient, and it is, then he can appeal to the High Court.

I think its time some of these judges that pass ridiculously low sentences on people like that & murderers, should be kicked off the bench, they make a mockery of British justice.Maybe he is a secret paedophile himself,a lot of people in high places & with plenty of money get away with far to much because of their position in life.Like the drug addled pop stars & models that get let off time & again. If Kate Moss wasn't loaded ,social services would have had her child in a foster home by now.Once again,Pete D.has been let off & shes taken him back yet again. As has always been the case in this country, there is one law for the rich & another for the rest of us. Dont get me started!! I get so mad when I hear these things. How does everyone else feel?

A 3 year suspended sentence is absolutely disgraceful but unfortunately this is a sign of the way this country has gone down the pan. It seems like all the judges are nonces

Disgusting. The judge should be struck off. It's like giving child sex offenders a free hand. The punishment in this case does not fit the crime. Shame on the judge.

These days most Judges seem to lack commonsense in their judgements. The victims of crime are often treated as the guilty ones. Perhaps the Judges should be sent on retraining courses at regular intervals.

I think there is either something missing from the story or.... I don't know. I wasn't there. I do know that if the guy is guilty, and it seems he is, it probably won't be long before someone kills him. I am a Christian, one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and if someone did something like this to one of my nieces, or for that matter any child, it makes me want to do very unchristian things to him. The fact that he pretended to be a follower of God and went about hurting others who were faithfully trying to serve Jehovah, just makes it sicker.

It should not matter weather this criminal is a jehova witness or any other religion im amazed it is included in your question as it has nothing to do with the crime in question or should have nothing to do with the sentece handed out. Its a terible crime and should be treated as any other who has perfomed such a crime, if its not then the case should be re held.

in the new testameant jesus christ is sitting with some children and he says
"you see these children,, it were better if a mill stone was put around your neck, then you were cast into the river, than you hurt any of these children, for these children belonge to me""
so this jehova should not have hurt any of the children in any way ,, none the less he has,, and should have had a stiff sentance ,, i know he will have to stand one day b4 God and have to answer for what he has done,,and i would not like to be in his shoes
