If mexico sent 12 million people running across the boarder at one time then that would be called an invasion. That means are country is under attack by another country.

So what does it matter that they all came over a little bit at a time. I say take everyone of them out of our country and unless you were born in this country then you should be forced to leave this country.

Heres how you fix the problem. Put up a wall all across the boarder down there and up by canada with armed soldiers ever 50 feet. Then take every one of these people and kick them out of our country and then for every business owner who gets caught using them for cheap labor its an automatic 1 year prison sentence and $50k fine.

Also Once the wall goes up if you sneek in any other way you get 20 years in jail then sent back to your country when you get out. Sheez we need some real presidential candidates these guys now are pathetic and are destroying our country.

It was reported in the news last week that the Iraqi Police have "misplaced" 190,000 weapons that the US Military provided and trained them to use. That must be two weapons per policeman. Is this picture that unclear to the White House, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, the House of Representatives and the Senate? I don't get this. Can someone enlighten me so that we're all singing out of the hymnal?

Why?
Why not?
If not to eighteen, how low should it be brought, if it is lowered at all?

I'm totally undecided on this issue, and I want to find out more from BOTH sides. Best answer will go to the most well thought-out, most persuasive, and most well-sourced answer on either side.

i mean how can people get rid of the dictator leaders & improve their life quality? it seems impossible for ordinary ppl to do anything because if they opposed the government , simply they will be put into prisons. & how can they improve their economical postion if the government is stealing their money. i think to change the sad situation of the middle east we have to change the governments & to improve their economical position. & i don't think that foreign intervention is a good idea because we see the crisis in iraq . so what r the steps that ordinary ppl in the middle east can do to have a better middle east?

... if they kill an unborn child (like they shoot a pregnant woman in the belly during a robbery and the fetus dies). If it's really murder shouldn't abortion also be illegal? And if abortion is legal, how can it be murder? It seems to me like it should be either both or neither. What do you think?

But if you've got a great case for staying there until your grand children have done a tour I am happy to hear it.

My opinion is 2 random brain cells connected dont agree. Its just more of the same gradual decline in the rhetoric.

I have heard people using his middle name as a genuine argument for why he should not run for or be president? I personally don't think that it's a valid argument. It's absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps someone can explain different, or explain why it's being used as it is... :) Thanks!

My husband bought something (legitimate) from a friend the other day, this friend of his is well known for getting people in touch with a guy who sells really nice stuff for reallly cheap (e.g 50 inch plasma $300 or 20GB iPod for $120). This friend of his also works for the police department, not as an officer but in their admin staff. So basically he doesnt KNOW that the other guy is stealing the stuff he is promoting for him but you would have to be a complete idiot not to suspect it. I am annoyed as my husbands cousins and brother often buy things from this guy for ridiculous prices, they must know it is stolen but they don't care they only care about themselves. We havent bought anything from him because we have strong morals about crime BUT my husband refuses to tell the police of his suspicions because his friend who works for the cops will obviously be the one they have to speak to to get the name of the bad guy and then my husbands friend will most likely lose his job

Ok I know he's got a half day pass and want to fly out there and surprise him but worried if he's allowed to have visitors during AIT.
What info will I need at the gate of FLW?
Does he have to let FLW know I'm coming there first?
If I just show up can I still get in to see him?
Will he get in trouble?
He's really close to graduation which I can not attend so I'm very serious about flying out there even if it's only a few hours.

I see all this hubbub and high polling numbers for Fred Thompson but I have yet to see any info regarding his views, plans, policies, etc. Are you supporting him because he's an actor on Law and Order and Hunt for Red October or his politics? Please explain exactly why you support him and what his views are because I cant find anything about how he wants to actually run this country if elected.

Criticized by U.S., Maliki says Iraq can find other friends

BAGHDAD — Firing back in an escalating war of words, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki on Wednesday chided U.S. officials for expressing impatience with the Iraqi government's failure to unite divided political factions and said Iraq would find other friends if the United States was disenchanted.

"These statements do not concern us a lot," Maliki said to reporters while he was visiting Syria. "We will find many around the world who will support us in our endeavor."
