Concerning a delay of responding to an immigration case. What are the process?? My case is I have filled for green card to INS based in Marrige and I have been waiting Tow years for my green card.

Please be kind to your self, our government will do as they wish with your lifespan because you married outside of the USA, this is standard treatment to make you wait until you give up or move out of your own country, I'm waiting as well for my Mexican wife and have had all the nice treatment your will get to enjoy in the coming years, and you can forget trying to get other people in congress to understand your needs because they will not stick their neck out for you on a immigration issue, sorry my friend but your in for a real eye opener on this visa stuff, its not like they tell the public at all and i don't see it ever changing in our lifetimes, the rich and their control over the laws and politics in this country is enough to make us all move out.
