The Bill of Rights.

Chief Executive is one of the duties of the President of the United States.

There are two types of representatives. Each state gets two Senators, so that every state has an equal voice in the Senate. The other type of representative, are the Congressmen from the House of Reprentatives. They're numbers are determined by population, and they represent specific districts within their states.

Its called the Bill of Do Your Own Homework. Your teacher is in charge of the Executive branch. The number of Q&A posters from each state determines the number of representatives, that's why libs control Congress.

You could have typed this question on Google and found the answer yourself. Is that not easy enough for you kids now days? I am shocked at how lazy this generation has become...when I was a kid we had to actually open up books and flip pages to gather information....
