The child is also a citizen of Mexico, there is nothing stopping her from being a mother to that child in Mexico. If she chooses to leave the child in the USA its just another strike against her, child abandonment.

She should be. A felon criminal that served not one day in prison for her crime. I am sure millions of other illegal aliens also guilty of theft guilty of Social Security #s would love to hear her story on avoiding prison.
I am sure they would also be curious to know how to be deported, become a celebrity, meanwhile abandoning her child for American taxpayers to raise.
Her "caregivers" will not be paying the expenses for raising her child, WE WILL. They will be getting a "fat" government check for him, of which I'm sure some will be going home for the "mother".
I don't have anything against the kid, it's the mother that's a scumbag. She doesn't deserve her kid.
