Today's candidates make it clear that they are religious people . Obviously that's done in response to the huge block of Christian voters . The same block of voters that undoubtedly got President Bush elected . But the mainstream media (with the exception of Fox) also routinely runs stories about 'Fundamental' Christians as though they are a pariah in society . CNN did a preview show last night for their upcoming 'God's Warriors' series . And they chose to have 2 ridiculous fools representing all of Christianity on their show last night . A porn star who claims to be Christian but doesn't see any harm in being a mother and a porn star . And a guy who's an investment broker /Christian who continually claimed that 'Greed is good' . NONSENSE . Misrepresentation . Hogwash .
Fundamental Christians have been compared to Fundamental Radical Islamists , which is ridiculous , but noteworthy that 'Fundamental Atheists' get a free pass .

Why the extreme bias and slant ??

Why else would anyone vote for a Democrat unless they are unemployed, on welfare or have no solid sense of morals.

there is a scumbag family that live near me who terrorise the estate. the kids boys and girls aged 8-15 have got to be the most horrible racist, theiving, nasty, drug taking ugly slime faced bullies i have ever met. anyway i had to go to my local neighbour office to complain as my hubby was on the verge of 'sorting' the lads out himself and he would have got himself in trouble. anyway someone from the local housing office has since contacted me asking me to go to court to stand up against them with others who have complained about them over the years. what would you do? if i dont there may not be enough evidence to get them removed from the area and if i do and they still dont get removed then what?

I've tried sending an email to a friend who is in training in the U.S. military. When I send him an email I get a failure delivery email saying that delivery to the recipient failed permanently because the domain name is not found.

I've checked the address for typos, but it does not have any typos. the domain name is spelled correctly and everything after the @ sign is correct (XX.XX.XX@army.mil.gov). Isn't that the format of military emails?

Anyway, I was wondering what the problem could be because I can't think of why my emails arent reaching him.

Thanks!

my email provider is gmail, by the way.

We pump all sorts of money and support into countries with much worse political policies and human rights violations (see Iraq, N. Korea, China, Iran, ...the list goes on and on). But for some reason the stance has not changed on Cuba. What is the reason?

If you take someones life (essentailly Violating every single one of there Human Rights) I dont think you should have the option of falling back on human rights to protect you.

The Now deceased person didnt get the option.

Hopefully that makes sense.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

We went into a poor nation, with no military (we didn't loose a single soldier, until after the war was over and the occupation started) to speak of and have nothing established since April 2003, then more chaos, more destruction, more hate. What makes anybody think, that is going to change in the next 30 or 50 years? The world has moved on, why can't we?

Did John Edwards really walk through the streets of New Orleans claiming to be cognizant of the strife of poor people WHILE also owning stock in mortgage companies that were foreclosing on these very same poor people ?

Does he have any more really good ideas ?

I can barely put this one into words . Hillary recently claimed that 'if you think about it , Bill and I have an inter-racial marriage '. 'He's from the south and I'm from the north'.

And where is Hillary really 'from' anyway ? She's said
"I'm from Illinois' .
'I'm from Arkansas'.
'I've always been a Cubs fan'.
'I've always been a Yankees fan'.
'I've always been a Mets fan' .

During her husband's administration - Bill , his staff , and Hillary all said Saddam had WMD's .
During President Bush's administration she votes for the war , but then claims to be given false info from the current administration , ignoring her and her husband's own words to the contrary .

Then there's the 'Dialect' thing . Don't even get me started on that farce .
She warned us in her own words about a 'necessary' re-distribution of wealth if she were to get elected .

And now . . . . .Now she wants us all to believe that her and Bill really have an inter-racial marriage .

What Say You ?

And, is changing his positions on abortion and gay rights?

I liked him because he stodd firm on his own personal beleifs. I was possibly going to vote fro him if he was the Republican nominee, but, it doesn't look like it now.

I also was dispointed in John McCain for going to Liberty University and speak at that religious wacks -Jery Falwell's university.

Are there any politicans out there who are true to themselves? If so, let me know, and I will suport them. No Ron Paul. Mark Gravel - I like.

I don't want a bunch of PETA bandwagoneers on my case for this one, just read the question and think about it!! Please.
Our laws are pretty messed up. We have a referee looking at 25 years for game fixing. Fixing a freaking basketball game/games!! A GAME. When murderers, Child molesters, repeat drunk drivers, theaves, robbers, etc. get a lot less than that?
Yes, I'm mentioning Michael Vick! He is looking at up to 5 years(he won't get that, but still) He will serve time in prison whether it be 1 year or 3 years, for gambling on dogfights and sponsering illegal acts. Huh? Let's not tell anyone about the "illegal act" our own government is doing as we speak! Give me a break, when is our judicial system really going to start working?

An officer of the law interviewed me and three other individuals.Out of the 4 interviews,I was summons'ed to court as a defendant.Nobody else was summonsed. The office told 2 of the other people that he was "after" me and that he would do "what it takes to send me to jail".So far he took someone else's confession and said it was mine.Altered 1's written statement.Refused to give me an attorney.Did not read me my rights. As to this day nobody has read me my rights.Did not arrest anyone else even though 1 admitted to the crime and another admitted to destroying evidence to keep 1 out of trouble. They even have information in the formal charges wrong.Alot of information in the formal charges is wrong misssing or nonexsistent. The physical evidence against me would prove everything I am saying but the law enforcement officer won't go get the evidence even though he knows where everything is at.
