An officer of the law interviewed me and three other individuals.Out of the 4 interviews,I was summons'ed to court as a defendant.Nobody else was summonsed. The office told 2 of the other people that he was "after" me and that he would do "what it takes to send me to jail".So far he took someone else's confession and said it was mine.Altered 1's written statement.Refused to give me an attorney.Did not read me my rights. As to this day nobody has read me my rights.Did not arrest anyone else even though 1 admitted to the crime and another admitted to destroying evidence to keep 1 out of trouble. They even have information in the formal charges wrong.Alot of information in the formal charges is wrong misssing or nonexsistent. The physical evidence against me would prove everything I am saying but the law enforcement officer won't go get the evidence even though he knows where everything is at.

I had them lie on me. It seems to be standard procedure. That's why you do well if you have money. The best course is to get the best lawyer you can and work on personal improvement as that's what we all have to do anyway. If you have the time I listen my favorite sites on my profile. It will help you personally although now I think you have to become a little bit of a lawyer yourself. It's all good, something to do while we're here, is the best attitude. Attitude counts so much in life and especially in the system, so best get on with it. They give breaks if they like you and people skills don't just help you with others, but with yourself also, I can't believe it's just the rest of us working so hard on understanding ourselves and life. I can't help but think it applies to everyone. Attitude gets you in, attitude gets you out. Been going on thousands of years that way.

If what you say is true and if you are in the U.S.A., then you get a lawyer, paid by the state if you cannot afford one.
You must ask for the lawyer. Do not say anything else to anyone until you get to see your lawyer, then tell the lawyer _everything_..and I mean EVERYTHING, even if you happen to be guilty, tell him. It is his job to defend you and to 'get you off' even if guilty.
