Its a combination, all are involved. However, the immigrants are in the majority. In older people coming here, stepping off boats, there customs, laws, practises, are deeply rooted and carried with them. Thus in the event of being attacked, robbed, abused, whatever, they react as they were in there homelands. Immigration officials here giving no presentations, guidelines, insights into the laws, customs and practises of the UK.
Moreover immigrant school's do not address our laws in sufficient terms for their children to know off & abide by!
Moreover, no attempts made to address the muslims to ensure they are aware that their laws and practises are not the laws of this land

The main nationality of people doing shootings and stabbings in England is actually English. In reality it is actually far less worse than it was 30 years ago in the 1970's although you wouldnt think that when you read right wing newspapers such as the Daily Mail

Well there is a gang thing in Manchester and Nottingham and London, and yes loads of black guys are copying American Rappers and messing around with converted starting pistols. On the front page of the Manchester Evening News the 50 or so victims were of all races and colours although I don't recall any Polish, who are flooding in to work here. What they seemed to have in common is that they didn't look wealthy and many were wearing clothes associated with Rap or Trance. So I guess those with criminals for heroes who worship the American way of life are finding out what it means....Evolution takes it's course...survival of the more educated seems to be what's happening....

Well i cannot say for sure who is doing the attacking,as they have yet to catch most of the murdering idiots.....and the local communities are being rather tight lipped about coming forward with information for whatever reason.
But i can tell you a simple FACT,now its your own prejudice or lack of,or common sense that will colour your own opinion on this....but out of the recent 14 to 18 year olds that have died,15 out of the 17 are dark skinned........that suggest to me that the Black community has massive problems........not limited to them alone,but it appears they must have the bulk of the problem.
Either they are being disproportionately targeted in these attacks, or gang warfare and the carrying of weapons in these communities has reached crisis levels.......do we pretend that they dont have this problem and let more innocent young people......predominately young black people be murdered,because we are afraid of being labelled a racist?......or state whats going on and do something about it,and hopefully save some lives.

I noticed that the ethnic backgrounds of criminals are left out these days. Our crappy human rights laws are the blame for that. the country is overrun by foreign criminal gangs, Yardies hit the news often but theres quite a chunk of Russian mafia in UK these days.
I believe it has got worse I live near Bristol you have yardies Somalians and al sorts up there. its not a pretty picture . and wasn't as bad 15 years ago when I lived in Bristol.

British........There has always been an under current of aggression. The problem is that the police force and legal system is so in affective that certain individuals are not bothered even to the point of committing murder..........

The majority carry British passports so are British. Ethnic origin is another issue.
