Is a national sales tax the only fair way to tax? When ever a transaction for new goods is made, be it wholesale or retail, a flat percentage tax is paid. This goes for business buying supplies, families buying supplies, etc. That way you pay according to your consumption.

There is specifically much criticism surrounding his administration during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Others criticize his lack preparedness before the attacks by allegedly ignoring the ongoing threat to New York City from Islamist terrorists in the preceding years. His handling of Ground Zero air quality issue is also questioned for downplaying the health effects of the air afterwards.

It is also mentioned that his recovery effort of the aftermath of Ground Zero, asserting that Giuliani rushed to conclude the recovery effort once gold and silver had been recovered from World Trade Center vaults. It has been alleged that Guiliani never read 9/11 Commission's Report and that he didn't attend any meetings of the Iraq Study Group after being appointed to it in early 2006.In the wake of 9/11, there has been debate as to whether or not Giuliani profited from the tragedy. Before September 11th, Giuliani was estimated to be worth a little less than $2 million, now its 30 times that amount

Please is there any way to stop more American soldiers from dieing in Iraq? Let alone the millions of Iraqi people.

Can we please stop the war and save the lives of them? My brothe is gone, but can we please save the rest? Please?

Can we stop Bush and this war? Is there any way to stop more from being killed for no reason? Please? They should not die for this lie.

I thank so many of you for being kind and carring for my brother. But we need to stop Bush from taking more lives. If you lost a loved one you would change your mind about this war.

Please end this war and stop more people from being killed. It is the worst pain you can imagine. TO lose your loved one. If you could feel it you would want to stop this war.

Israel locked the doors to the pilots' cabins 20 years before 9/11 without 1 hi-jacking attempt.

Richard Clarke, Bill Clinton's terrorism expert, was kept by Bush. He recommended that the cabins be locked, as did the Clinton's transition team. No action was taken.

After his inauguration in January, no cabinet meetings on terroism were held until 1 week before 9/11. Clarke was not invited! During that period, the CIA had 52 hi-jacking threats.

Before 9/11, Bush was an asterisk. After 9/11, he was King George and could kick the U.N.'s WMD inspectors out of Iraq before they could certify that there were none. Then he could send an army into Iraq and set up bases between Syria and Iran and squeeze Iran between Iraq and Afghanistan. King of the hill!

It's hard to believe that smart guys like Karl Rove and Paul Wolfowitz didn't recommend clearing brush at the ranch all summer instead of ordering the FAA to lock the damned doors! The reward was too great and so easy to do.

Clinton dies and of course goes straight to hell. When he gets there the Devil greets him and offers him three ways to spend eternity. They go to the first door and the Devil shows him Newt Gingrich, hanging from the ceiling with fire under him. Bill says "Oh no! That’s not how I want to spend all eternity......." They go to the second door. The Devil shows him Rush Limbaugh chained to the wall being tortured. Bill says "Oh no! Not for me!"

They go to the third door. Behind it is Ken Starr, chained to the wall with Monica Lewinsky on her knees giving him a BJ. Bill thinks and decides, "Hmmm, looks okay to me. I’ll take it." The Devil then says, "Good. Hey Monica, you’ve been replaced

This is the party that is tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime. Yet has anyone seen any evidence of this? We hear more about gun crime, violent crime, murders are so common now they dont even appear on even local news.
When will this so called government stand up and really tackle crime and yob behavouir?
Now they are hiding behind climate change and the evironment. Well I have a better idea, before you go and balls that up why dont you solve all the other huge mistakes you have done in the past 10 years, starting with crime.
Oh I know why, that will cost money where as you can tax the arrse off us and say its all for the environment instead, and you can waste that money on building new holding centres for immigrants.
Immigrants we so desperatly need as there is only 1.65 million people unemployed and over 2 million who are on Incapacity benefits
Why is this government so utterly incompetent, I am angry that they do nothing about crime but its us who suffers.

My mom is being charged with embezelling $250,000 from a large insurance company. Her boss (an older, very wealthy man), used company credit cards to buy her outfits for company trips, bought her a pool and hot tub for her yearly bonus with the cards, and when the company found out, he said he had no idea about the charges. She has like, 30 something counts against her, alot of them she has actual receipts for legitamite purchases, but if she goes to court, each count could cost her 3-6 years each. She has receipts for about $20,000 of the purchases that she hadn't turned into her boss yet (for stuff like copy paper that they're charging her for!), and there are people thatsaw how her boss bought her gifts, but the risk of a high sentence is too scary to go to court, so she's signing a plea bargain. The plea is for 18 months. I'm 17, my brother and sister are 12 and 8- do you think the judge will sympathize and give her a lesser sentence? Shes a great mom and never even had a ticket.

All you have to do is read the Old Testament. When Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) are prevalent in a society, there is little concept of true benevolence left because the depiction of Divinity is also violent and brutal.
