I earn commission from my job as well but it is not gauranteed and is put on my last check of the month. My regular check with out commision is now $225. I would like to know how exactly I am supposed to pay rent, car payment, and other bills while making basically $450 a month, because of the inconsistancy of commission.

I find disgusting that in America, founded by Euro values/culture, is experiencing this reverse assimilation. IMO the only people of Hispanic orgin that have a right to say anything is the Spaniards and Cubans. Since the Spaniards (Queen Isabella) financed Columbus because she was the only European ruler to believe the world was round and take a risk with Columbus. Too bad Spaniards only make up 2% of the Hispanic/Latino population in the US!!! Spaniards and Cubans are the only Hispanics that don't leech off the government. They are almost all small business owners, 1 to 2 kids MAX, college-educated, support capitalism, believe in America's ways and values AND THEY ALL SPEAK ENGLISH WITH PRIDE!!!!!

Will Americans soon need to learn Spanish to survive?

My father inherited my grandfather's house and my brother offered to buy it at the market rate. My parents live in a house owned solely by my brother and he suggested that they swapped houses and he would make yp the difference as my grandfather's house is worth more than his. This was agreed to but 18 months later nothing has happened. When my parents challenge him he threatens to evict them from his house where they have lived for 8 yrs. Can this transfer take place? There is a mortgage of 90k on his house and the difference in prices is 60k. I know he hasn't the money to do the deal, but what can I do about it?

Can we get some examples, not just opinions, of "liberal biased media"? Remember, just because they report acurately on something that is not going your way, i.e. Iraq, doesn't make them "liberal".

Remember, give some specific examples. General shouting and mud slinging make you liable to the dreaded "reporting".

I asked Y!A libs why they were so opposed to the statements of the President regarding justification for attacking Iraq. Strangely enough, the answers turned into a Bush Bashing frenzy.

Trouble was, the quotes were from Clinton, not Bush.

Most libs ran and hid. A few came back and tried to squirm out of it, claiming that what was true in '98 was a lie in '03. that being the case, one would think that the Clinton administration would have made a declaration of success in Iraq. That never came, and even in '02 and '03, Dems joined in near universal acknowledgment that Saddam was a threat and regime change was the policy.

So, why are the Y!A libs in the link above such hypocrities?

Does it point to a much greater trend, that Y!A Libs place party above principle...all the time, regardless of the issue?

It seems if a man says he thought he had consent then nothing can be done, 4% cannot reflect the reality, and 96% of women cannnot be crying wolf and making it up. If a woman cannot resist intercourse becuase she is passed out and too drunk then why is this taken as consent? if she cannot resist then that is not the same as consent and there have been cases where the man has had his wicked way when she has been passed out but this has been taken as consent in court and he walks free. what can be done about this in your opinion? should women to extra careful or is a change of law to redefine "consent" necessary?
