Normally, the law is that people cannot be discriminated against for a physical or mental disability, unless it is for what is called a "bona fide occupational requirement".
OCD reflects a failed strategy for anxiety management. Whether a person who suffers from an inability to manage anxiety should be a police officer depends (I guess) on the severity of the problem.
Police officers are normal people who have the same problems as the rest of us. They get divorced, their teens kick up,and so on. I'm sure that some have anxiety management issues.
Given the high stress of the job police officers do, it may or may not be a suitable occupation for you. Maybe you could look at why you want to be a cop, and then see if there are other lines of work that would enable you to use the talents and brains and ability you would bring to a police department.
1. child protection social worker
2. teacher (influencing and guiding kids and teens)
I don't know. You know yourself better than I do. See what you can figure out.

If it's in control and hasn't given you any depressive/suicidal behavior in the past and you're functioning well as a member of society, I don't see why not. Even better if you can manage to get off the pills and not exhibit symptoms and prove this to a doctor, but that's always hard for things like that. All in all, be ready to explain it to whoever interviews you, and be completely honest.
Good luck!
