Recently, Barak Obama threatened to invade and violate Pakistani sovereignty. Hilary Clinton stated that she would not take the nuclear option off the table when discussing Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iran has been leveled with threats of a nuclear strike. Forgetting that the US has invaded Iraq violating international law, my question asks how can people (particularly Americans) let this belligerent and threatening behavior pass without labeling itself a terrorist state. The US has thrown this label around liberally especially to states such as Cuba and Venezuela. How would you react to any politician from Cuba, Pakistan, Venezuela said "We will keep the nuclear option (or invasion) on the table." Americans would be aghast. But it seems Americans are hypocritical.

I am in a creative field. I have turn over of employees from time to time. Recently, a former employee had copies some files that contained a unique design we had been working on. It was the company's work product. We invested time, material and creative capital in its development.... from inception. He is currently marketing it as his own design. I understand copyright and trademark answers the ultimate question. What I am looking for is some sort of "work product agreement" I can have employees sign upon hire... does anyone know of a generic document I can use?

Abortion is a terrible thing. Every time a potential mother decides not to have a baby is tragic, and not to mention morally wrong, in my opinion.
However, I do believe that my position is just that, an opinion. My opinion is based on my religions up-bringing and my current position in life.
If you disagree, you have a right to.
I hate the politics of this issue. Next time a person calls me pro-abortion I am going to call them anti-freedom or pro-theocracy.
In the next stupid presidential debate I hope the question is asked, “If president, would you outlaw abortion” that would cause some troubled candidates.
Thanks for reading, What do you think?

When my mother died, I had to sign a prommisory note to agree to pay her funeral expenses. Then the next week, the funeral home filed, in court, a claim. In the claim, under penalty of perjury, they affirmed that there were no other considerations affecting this claim. This ties up the estate until it can be settled at the end of the year's waiting period. Where can I file a formal complaint?

In my line of work, you have to be careful. Not everyone is cut out to do what I do...to see what I see. I have been a professional hitman for 17 years and also a Calvin Klien underwear model on the side for about 10 years. The last job i was on, I had to eliminate a high-profile Serbian Army General. I am single and I love cats and smores and dancing in the rain. If you want to see how a gangsta rolls, peep game.

I believe that even if I beat the Murder-1 rap, I can plea no contest on my 13 violations of the RICO statutes.

Quote from Lieutenant General Douglas Lute:
"And I can tell you, this has always been an option on the table. But ultimately, this is a policy matter between meeting the demands for the nation's security by one means or another"

It's my opinion that draftees make lousy soldiers, are a drain on our military budget, are typically insubordinate, and are in too many ways to list here a great way to reduce our combat effectiveness in an awful hurry, the exact opposite of what we'd need in a crisis.

Also, to be fair to Lieutenant General Lute, he did not speak out in favor of the draft, and echoed the opinion that our volunteer military was doing a good job. He merely said that it was an option worth considering.

I tend to disagree with this. But, I see things from my own point of view. What do you think?

It Turns out they had DOOMSAYERS back in 1922 trying to scare the hell out of gulible non-thinkers!

"D.C. resident John Lockwood was conducting research at the Library of Congress and came across an intriguing Page 2 headline in the Nov. 2, 1922 edition of The Washington Post: "Arctic Ocean Getting Warm; Seals Vanish and Icebergs Melt."

The 1922 article, obtained by Inside the Beltway, goes on to mention "great masses of ice have now been replaced by moraines of earth and stones," and "at many points well-known glaciers have entirely disappeared."

The simple answer is to stop buying from them. They do no think they are liable for any damages. When the Fed went looking for the melamine source the plants were empty. The tire importer is handling his recall without the aid of the Chinese Mfg. and now it's lead paint. This will never end. I once in a joke said the easiest way to take over the USA was to plant tiny time bombs in all we import then set them all off at one time. In a way I guess my little joke is becoming a reality.
