James, you can't be stupid enough to think that any Presidential the US will have in the next 100 years would EVER pre-emptively nuke a country. It will never happen.

Besides, when they talk about the "nuclear option" they don't mean doing a Nagasaki or Hiroshima. Neither the US or any other western country firebombs cities anymore. Every bullet fired is intended to have zero civilian casualties. It's why there are so few civilian casualties in wars anymore (not including those killed by terrorists, who have the exact opposite approach to military ethics).

When they talk about "nuclear" bombs they are generally talking about nuclear bunker busters and the like. These would only cause trace levels of radiation, and are simply intended to get to targets further below the surface than traditional bombs can reach. This is for countries like Iran, which are making their nuclear bombs far below the surface to try to prevent destruction in the inevitable bombing raid.

But even in the case of bombing Iran's nuclear reactors, the US wouldn't use nuclear bunker busters if they determined that there would be an unsatisfactory level of collateral damage. Read about Israel's raid on Osirak in the early 80s to see how much effort the west puts into minimizing civilian casualties, even 25 years ago.

AWESOME QUESTION!!

Unfortunately I don't think anyone in the world has the courage to address this problem, even though it is the much bigger crisis than global warming and even the war on terrorism.

The fact is most people do not think clearly and don't realize that death is as natural as birth and life. So unfortunately no one is going to address this issue because they will feel a back lash from the ignorant masses and be labeled as "baby killers" or someone who doesn't want to give charity to over populated African nations who keeps popping out babies.

You should take a look at the questions someone else posted

"Why are we saving more lives in Africa when it is over populated because of unnatural outside intervention?"

Look for a candidate who will take a hands off approach to humanitarian issues in other countries, and who is hawkish in national defense. Wars cut down the population, ya know (not that there's anything wrong with it).

BTW, the person is only the president of the US, not the king of the world...it's not their job to address global overpopulation.

Well, Seeing as how all but one (Ron Paul) of the Republican candidates, and even a few of the Democrats, support a nuclear pre-emptive strike policy... I'd say one of them.

Can't think of a more efficient way to address global overpopulation than to drop nuclear bombs on foreign nations, "pre-emptively"

What a rediculous world we live in..

ADD,

Ok Jeff, I agree with alot of what you said.

But if we aren't going to use it... Than why not take the option off the table? Trace radiation is still too much. There are plenty of non-nuclear missiles and bombs that are perfectly capable of penetrating bunkers.

The world should never again use nuclear weapons under any circumstance.

You can check here the best service: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538

It's cheap and gives you a great service!

I have been looking online for a reverse cell phone lookup service and came accross the reverse phone detective. I have tried to punch in a few cell numbers and they say they have information for some but not all numbers. If the number I type in comes up, they tell me where the phone is located, but only what state...
The free reverse telephone lookup doesn't works properly. To get interesting information, cash will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what might be found through the telephone directory or personal information and they just need your email to send spam.
The service that I posted above is definitely the best service that I could find. You can have these kind of informations:

Want to know who is Calling

Need to find someone based on their Address

Find anyone by their Email address

Find by Name

and much more...

You ought to stay far from shady reverse telephone lookup destinations, undoubtedly you won't get any information after you make the installation. Remain faithful to a reputable reverse telephone lookup site like http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538 that has been on the market for a considerable measure of years. With their reverse cell phone lookup tool you can find out information behind any cell or land line number. Type in the persons cell phone number and you will be given access to their report, including name cell and land line numbers, and address.

It can be used also for a much deeper search. People wanting to get hold of all kinds of background reports, as well as cell phone numbers, addresses and names..

Trust it! It's a great service.

Hi Crow,

None of them will address this issue. It is not something the U.S. can control - at least not legally or ethically.

By the way, those countries which have the most generous pensions for old people, have very low birth rates and the average age of their populations is increasing... putting more and more burden on the working and younger generations... causing the politicians in those countries to propose incentivize women to have more babies. So it doesn't seem the politicians will ever get this one right.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

Bush is doing a pretty good job of it. Maybe we should just leave him in office and the population would be decreased immensely in no time.
