He stays pretty insulated. I doubt he's picked up a newspaper in the last six years, so he may not even know he has an image problem.

LOL, you're right, after 6 + years of making policies that hurt America and American lives, he expects to repair his image in 14 months? The only way to repair his image is to repair the country and undo the damage he's already done. The first step would be to make his people go to congress (the ones who were subpeoned). But of course, he won't because once again this GOP president only thinks of himself as any GOP member does and thinks it's only about image and not people that he's done damage to. They always see themselves as the victims and not the perpetrators of harm to this country. The best thing he could do is to take Cheney with him and go hide under a rock somewhere and let the grown ups and sane people run the government for a change. We've had enough man-children and sociopaths running this country for awhile.

You are represented by a monkey and Bush doesn't have to repair anything about his image. He's doing just fine and if you don't like it then boo hoo hoo. Your monkey representative will blow your nose for you and change your diaper.

I think most Presidents are egotistical. Bush is no different. I can't stand Bush but why wouldn't he want to repair his image? I mean he is human, albeit just a small sliver!

He doesn't need to repair his image...when Bill Clinton left this country's defenses in a shambles and hobbled our intelligence community, President Bush stepped in and, in a time of crisis, led the country with resolve and dignity. That's how he will be remembered.

I can see where you would want your like kind to manage you. But to me this president doesn't need his image repaired in my eyes. He's the same leader that I elected twice and so far he's done the job that I elected him to do. I'm sorry you are so weak minded to be swayed by a group who's only agenda is to regain power. Silly silly sheep.

If every President worried about their "Image", we would have had 2 Countries (Lincoln didn't worry about image), 18% interest rates (Reagan cleaning up for Carter). And worst, we would have the Socialist State you seem to so desire.

I think part of Rove's agenda following his retirement will be a book. That book will try to sway history to show GWB in a favorable light. Revisionist history - apparently it's worked for Reagan.

That certainly would be fitting for you to be represented by a monkey. Clearly the monkey is something you should strive to be like.
