Yes I knew a couple that became citizens when in the US Army.
Always respect opinions especially if they go against your beliefs since this is what we are suppose to value in the USA!!! !

Absolutely. You cant perform certain jobs and you need a background check, but yes. The benefit of joining is that it is also a fast track to citizenship.

if he takes the citizenship test and passes then he should be able to join the army. when i was in bct i had a friend from romania who had joined as a naturalized citizen.

Yeah they after a year will give you your citizen ship. My hubby wasn't a citizen when he joined its just a few extra papers.
