ive been in mexico for two years im told i have warrants for bad checks i need to go to houston to take care of them do you think the border will see i have warrents and arrest me

It is highly likely that you would get arrested at the border when you return to the United States.
The best way to handle the issue would be to turn yourself in to a border guard at the border. Just tell the guard that you were told that you have a warrant out of Huston and you are returning to take care of the issue. They may take you in to custody or may release you to take care of it yourself depending on the severity of the charge.

one there is a warrent out for your arrest then yes you will be. second only if you get cought and third hand your self in that will give you a lighter sentence.

If you get questioned about your crossing they will, unless they just ask and you tell them no and they don't check up on it.
