a girl from school has made a msn acount and has pretended to be me.she has also made an email acount for me without me knowing.so that means all my friends have mailed me without me seing it!
is this against the law?
and can i tell the police?

Is there a way to find out if you have a warrant for arrest out for yourself or others? I have heard conflicting info on this. It seems to me that a person should be able to check with some indenty or should be notified- I would think that it would actually be a "right we would have"-

or have you not noticed:

1) you jobs are going overseas
2) slave laborers are bein imported with HB1 visas to take your jobs
3) Illegals are allowed to break law and waltz right in and take more jobs and depress wages
4) Big oil is making killer record profits while gas prices are at record highs
5) Your national budget spends more than it takes in from tax revenues and the difference is made up by borrowing money from communist china..yeah....RED china..the ones with the nuclear weapons pointed at us, and who have vowed to take Taiwan back by force if need be and building the armed forces to make it happen. The same red China that supplies weapons to our enemies throughout the world, weapons being used right now to kill our soldiers in Iraq.

6) Noticed how apathetic our elected leaders seem to be to embarking on a major push to wean ourselves from oil? in light of several reasons why its to our economic, geostrategic, and ecological benefit to do so?

..."magician" of all times! BUT, what about "Slick" Willie & "Tricky" Dick? Plus, "Jimmy" da Carter & LBJ??? GWB will be always remembered for his patriot act & the "tubeing" of our constitution, but "Jimmy" Da Carter had many searching "Fast Food" garbage cans as the hot ticket to financial survival!!! Paranoid Nixon had nine out of ten Americans listed by the FBI as commie conspiritors & the rest indicted as commies. Slick Willie brought us WALLY WORLD & a nuclear red army with his sharing of top military secrets with China! LBJ brought us the "war on poverty" & it's famous social programs that are bankrupting us more than ever today!!! We've been fortunate as Americans to have had such wonderfully talented "magicians" as presidents during the last 45 years or so! Today, we have a choice between two highly rated "magicians" to keep the "show" in motion! Which one will it be...Rudy "Little Mussolini" Giuliani, or Hillary "Camrade" Clinton???

As near as I can tell, all of the top republican canditdates are fairly close to the worn out, incompetent and pie in the sky politics of the Bush Junta. Do most real republicans really want to continue the BushWar for Oil in Iraq, continue to enrich the health insurance industry by not insuring 43 or however many millions Americans, continue attempts to gut Social Security and degrade environmental regulations in favor of industry? Do republicans really want to continue to borrow billions of dollars from China to fund Bush's war, continue cutting taxes for corporations and gathering more and more power to the executive branch?

My brother was driving home last night and relized he was a little drunk and pulled oer to the side of the road to sleep it off. He left the car on and it was after mid night. One of the neighbors on the street called the cops bc his car looked suspecious. They hand cuffed him and took him to the drunk tank after he blew a .09 (.o8) is illegal. They also removed his license plate and replaced it with a paper one. They didn't tell him at the time what he was being charged for. This mornign my dad picked him up and he left with no ticket and the officers on duty did not know what he was charged with if charge at all. He didn't at any point recieve a ticket for anything. Do you think he was charged wtih anything?

Five more American servicemen were killed in Iraq yesterday. Four more died from wounds here in the states. An even dozen were wounded, two of them permanently maimed. Fifty to a hundred Iraqis were killed and/or wounded...many permanently maimed. To what degree are we safer because of this?

Iraq will never be the same again just like Vietnam. Can Iraq heal? With time and not under occupation. No long lasting government has been developed under occupation ounce the occupying country withdrawals its forces, a struggle for power or civil war in sues. By remaining in Iraq we are only delaying the inevitable. Any government implemented by force will be met with resistance by the people of Iraq. In doing this we give the Taliban and other anti-American groups more allies. Will it ever be like before? Not as long as we (the USA) are there. Vietnam after we came home it took a few years and but they solved there own problems without our help.

I got off the freeway last night and noticed a care behind me. It turned into the same complex right after me and then proceeded to continue following me even though I was driving an uncommon route. I had the feeling I was being followed so I didn't stop at my destination and instead went to a well lit/busy walmart parking lot. When I did this the car turned off and went down the aisle next to me. I watched the car park for about 20 seconds and then it pulled out and drove slowly through the parking lot and left. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
