I am just wondering what they are officially, since they are not part of our country, but yet we control their governements in terms of their policies..what they can or cannot do..etc..

Does that fall under the category of colony?

I think Iraq is USA colony now and also the same thing is for Jordan and Egypt and Saudia Arabia and the other Arab countries and some of the Asia countries and some of the Europa countries.
For the government of these countries, I think they can't do nothing without the green light of the USA government.

not the colonies of america. these countries are playgrounds for the terrorists.these terrorists are crazy. life is not important for them. they are in iraq or afghanistan to be dead. american citizens must do something against bush to save their sons, husbands etc. hey bush: stop war and save all american soldiers.

Afghanistan is an independent soverign nation willing to allow us to help them rid themselves of people that are undesirable such as the Taliban and Al Qaeda. Iraq is an occupied nation. They were a soverign nation of no threat to us but we attacked, unprovoked, and are supposedly in an "advisory" capacity right now. We are also there to try and mop up our mess.
