join the cause.
I'm out now. But I mean why do civilians think they know what's best for the military all the time. Like the whole mothers of american thing. Like the arbitrary hazing like Full Metal jacket was too much and did need to stop.

But now it's like getting you're chevrons set on promotion day is hazing now. BULLSH^T
or some ways to punish one of our guys instaed of NJP and destroying his/her career.

IDK

Now first and foremost it's very hipricritical. It says that they're responsible enough for punishment but not resposible enough for privelge.
Ask some questions:
Legally
Can a minor buy cigarettes
Can a minor buy alcohol
Can a minor vote
Can a minor get a drivers license in all 50 states
Can a minor sign a contract without a parent
Can a minor get married w/o parental consent
Can a minor give sexual consent
Can a minor join the service
We all know that there's more but I think if kids can be charged as adults then they should get all the rights, freedoms and privileges as adults. It's only right or we charge them as juviniles because they are still kids and can be rehabilitated so they can be better adults.

I want honest feedback and thoughts...

into matters that even top government officials, law enforcement, etc., aren't even privy to?

i think the answer to this is that people should have to pass an IQ test to be allowed to surf the internet unchecked..

I don't care how if you guys call me names bash on me or talk trash about me not being a man. I simply don't want to do the military anymore, It just isn't for me and I know I signed already but I just don't want to do it anymore. I called the GI rights hotline and they said I can get out of the military before I head out to boot camp...and that their threats about being sent to jail if I dont go are a bunch of lies...

I'm feeling pretty mean today, especially after reading all the hate and anger directed against those who have taken an oath to serve and protect you. I know it comes with the territory of the lonely life led by our public servants but, I feel that there seems to be even more hatred spewed from the mouths of the people against the cops so I think that it is time for all Law Enforcement Officers to take a week or two off from your duties. Let's say from the first week of September, you all just stay home for 2 weeks. Open the jails and let the all those poor picked (they are all innocent, right?) people out for 2 weeks and no ticket writing, no domestics, no burglaries or robberies, or drug busts. I mean these people who are saying you aren't needed can handle it right? What do you think?

As a young adult I believe it is wrong to let young people go to war at 18 and come back injured and not be able to have a drink. If more regulations were made for younger drinkers as well as parents being partly responsible for their minor children till they reach 21. They'd be less DUI's.

I have asked friends, but they gave me conflicting answers. Some say that they legally have to pay you time-and-a-half after working 8 consecutive hours. But some disagree and say that they only have to do this when you work more than 40 hours in a week.

My sister and brother in law are in the middle of a bad separation soon to be divorce and my 6mo nephew is caught in the middle. Things got messy the other day and my sister ended up slapping my brother in law during an argument. He called the police but decided not to press charges. Now he is telling her that if she does not bring my nephew to his house by such and such a time he will press charges and have her arrested. Can he do so if he has already declined to press charges?

Can I really be sued for 70 dollars? Psycho stalker is trying to piss me off?
A crazy girl I went out with a few times says that she is going to call her attorney and sue me for 70 dollars. The money comes from a train we took from D.C. to Baltimore. All I ever told her (when we were on good terms) is I would make it up to her. Never said I would pay it.
Now she is saying that if I don't give her the money for the ticket that she will sue me.
Ever since she found out about my new girlfriend, she has been harrassing me and making threats.
I am beyond irritated and told her that I would mail her the money just to get her off my back.
However, she won't give me her address. She wants to meet in person, but I have no desire to do so. She is just wanting to cause trouble and I am not down with that.
Does she really have a leg to stand on? She says if I don't meet her tommorow, which I can't (I am in Ohio), she will call her attorney and sue (or humiliate me) as she said. Maybe I should file

I am constantly hearing about how 70% of Americans are against the war........ If this is true why didn't any ask me how I feel about it? How are any of these statistics accurate? Because they ask 100 people outside of a studio and assume that’s how everyone feels? Did it ever occur to these people that America is home to 300 million people?
