1. Tom wanted to get Rommel’s attention, so he intentionally throws a baseball at Rommel. Unfortunately, Rommel doesn’t see the ball coming, and it hits him directly in the right eye, resulting in permanent blindness in that eye. To hire a manager with John’s proven skills, the business would have to pay at least $50,000 per year. Ron says he’s entitled to 75% of the profits. Result if this goes to court?
