Unfortunately, Rommel doesn’t see the ball coming, and it hits him directly in the right eye, resulting in permanent blindness in that eye. Rommel will be able to successfully claim punitive damages (as well as damages for lost wages, medical expenses, etc. ( in his lawsuit against Tom.) T/F

2. Ron & John are Partners in a small business, although they never signed a partnership agreement. Ron put up $75,000 of the start-up money, and John put up $25,000. John will also be responsible for running the business. In the first year, the business generates $200,000 in profits. To hire a manager with John’s proven skills, the business would have to pay at least $50,000 per year. Ron says he’s entitled to 75% of the profits. Result if this goes to court?

a. Ron wins 75% of the profits.
b. Ron only gets 50% of the profits.
c. John gets $50,000 salary, then Ron & John split the profits 75/25.
