1. Tom wanted to get Rommel’s attention, so he intentionally throws a baseball at Rommel. Unfortunately, Rommel doesn’t see the ball coming, and it hits him directly in the right eye, resulting in permanent blindness in that eye. John will also be responsible for running the business. In the first year, the business generates $200,000 in profits. To hire a manager with John’s proven skills, the business would have to pay at least $50,000 per year. Ron says he’s entitled to 75% of the profits. Result if this goes to court?
