Many single people are teased or even harrassed for not being married, even when there are circumstances beyond their control, while same sex couples fight to have the same distinction, and some push for an even narrower definition. Is marriage outdated in general? If not, what is the purpose of marriage? License for sex? Monogamy contract? Protection of children born within it? Legal right to adopt, pay lower taxes and add someone to insurance? You decide.

I hate Cameron and many of his policies, but i would consider myself conservative, and would never vote for them.

What would the party have to do in order to make you think they were the right choice?

Many of her underlings in the Dem party are starting to sweat, saying that she has split the US so much and is such an unpopular candidate that she will end up helping the Republican tickets.

I agree. GET OUT AND VOTE WHEN ITS TIME, FOLKS!! Send Hillary and Bill a NO THANK YOU NOTE

two years ago when i was 17 i was driving home from school when i rear ended someone (not major) who had stopped all of a sudden to take a left turn. the damages cost $500 to repair my end. i dont think it cost any more on her part. anyway, she had left to take a turn, it was a busy street, and i had too. say there was a police there and he had pursued action or she had complained and a witness was there. now if i agreed to pay her damages as well, would i still go to court and jail? or would i get off? thanks. btw i live in massachusetts

the girl who drove the car in front of me left to take the turn before i could even do anything, so i left too

It is pretty old.On the trigger it says 7 58 67 and on the break open top it says *Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Works* *Fitchburg Mass U.S.A*.
On the bottom of the grip part it has the markings "PAT NOV 17.08
PAT'S PENDING". That is all I can make out. the top is stuck and it won't break open. Any idea how much this gun is worth?

Thanks for reading this.
Firstly someone tried suing me for 9000£.Court papers were issued to me.
The claiment found out that i was consulting a solicitor as regards legal advice, and then offered me an out of court settlement of 4000£.
My solicitor prepared defence and a counterclaim of 1000£
The claiments solicitor then wrote to me and said they wanted a months stay by the court,so that we could explore negotiated settlement.
I KNOW I AM TOTALLY INNOCENT.Would mediation make me look guilty???
My question is,should i choose mediation if i am totally innocent.??
Or should i let a judge decide.??

The claiment gets legal aid,so far ive spent 400£ on defence and counterclaim, but i cant afford to pay any more solicitors bills,,,,any advice appreciated

My landlord is charging us both with tampering with mail. I only wrote "person does not live here any more." It was my mailbox and my address. She moved to Florida and now claims she said she was still using this mailing address. When we moved in she told us our address and where to put our mailbox. When we moved we told the post office to hold OUR mail until we got another address. Turns out they held her's too. She is mad because it caused her one late payment on a bill. She even said it was MY writing. How can she charge my husband? We both have to miss work because of this crap! My husband did NOT write any thing or even touch her mail. Can I file a counter suit for false charges? Our court date is next week. Even the post office said we did nothing wrong. I don't know what this woman's problem is!

I happen to believe our gov't happily looked the other way when those Saudis flew the planes in the twin towers.

Now, since its been a few years, do you think that something bigger will happen again so that our administration can move forward with a draft and more plans for invading the middle east?

If a nuclear bomb went off in one of our cities, wouldn't an immediate draft of men & women between the ages of 18-40 be put into affect?

I happen to think this is a strong possibility.

If a Florida resident files a civil suit against a Texas resident for $4,000, is the Texas resident expected to travel down there and defend the suit, or does the Florida resident have to take their case to Texas? This is really not a whole lot of money, and filed out of spite over a breakup. Is it true that subpoenas to out of state residents in this type of civil case is unenforceable and worst case would be a default judgement for damages claimed?

And the Liberal Dematwit spin machine keeps on rolling. It amazes me that they will do anything to convince them self's they are right <<(pun intended) Well here's a fact you cant change> a Perfect example of a oxymoron is a "Smart Liberal" . It took Bush about 9 months to pull the US out of a recession left by Clinton He did so by cutting taxes. And for all you High IQ Liberals IQ testing from the Internet is normally a marketing tool .Get a real IQ. Test if you want the truth But you really don't care about the truth anyway. TIP: If you believe what other Liberal Democrats say then you will be as stupid as they are . DO the research for your self don't take anybody's word,Then if you decide to stay a Liberal you might want to take a IQ Test off the Net. To feel better about your self .Remember this quote from Hillary "If you can't find dirt on the Republicans then make something up" Ask your self what that means !

Help me with the logic here. Its o.k. not to pay taxes and ask the government for grants to provide services but then they don't want to deliver those services?

The churches used to fill the role that the government now does, yet they are still tax emempt and are grant eligible. I don't understand?

A certain user who attempts to fool people said this in a previous answer . He also said that religious people are forcing their religion down people's throats(an utterly ridiculous claim) by passing these laws .

What laws ?
And do you think that anyone who would say that has absolutely any idea of how Congress works ? The Senate works ? The entire legislative branch of the United States works ?

For example, Republicans and Democrats in New York (More Socially Liberal) vs. Republicans and Democrats in Kenutcky (More Socially Conservative)

It seems nobody is the same, so I can't assume all Republicans are religious, conservative, etc because I know many Republicans are pro-choice, pro- gay rights, and so on.

If someone is stealing money and we wanted to catch them, what are the laws of putting a camera in a dressing room? Keep reading:
This room is used by dancers and I could place the camera just on the purse area. Is it still considered illegal? The dressing room is big and, unless they are weird, they would not be changing their clothes on the purse rack.

They sure scare me... "We've decided to tax this... it's for the general welfare." "We need to control gun ownership.... it's for the general welfare."

Leftists, the general welfare clause applies only to those federal government powers SPECIFICALLY ENUMERATED by the Constitution. I know it pains you to realize this, but those dunderhead founding fathers were actually much smarter than you. And they didn't even have I-Phones.
