Many of her underlings in the Dem party are starting to sweat, saying that she has split the US so much and is such an unpopular candidate that she will end up helping the Republican tickets.

Say, history? How much are you getting paid to spend your online time with your proverbial nose up the Clintons campaign? If you aren't then you need to read up ON THE PUBLISHED FACTS and learn what you dont know, before you spout your childish rebuttals.

I am a Democrat and would MUCH rather have Obama or Edwards as the nominee. I agree...she is too polarizing and that will be a problem for the general election. Many Democrats would vote for a Republican before her...
For the person who answered above, they just discussed this issue this morning on CNN. They are not talking about the primaries, but the general election. Hillary is seen as the more negative candidate when compared to Obama or some of the others when you factor in Independents and Republican voters.

Man o man Can we give Hilary a break here She already has MS NBC and NBC news anchors Saying Deplorable things about her daughter and her Chris Matthews from MS NBC Hardball said Hilary's political career was made possible by her husbands philandering That was bad enough ( who really cares that he got a BJ anyway) not me for sure Hilary has been a successful senator from New York for 2 terms I don't think Bill had any thing to do with her job performance Then David Shuster was suspended from NBC for suggesting that the Clinton's had "pimped out " Her 27 year old daughter by having her place phone calls to Democrat voter . This type comment was Deplorable and has no place in the political process. Now we are doing pretty much the same BS by Hilary haters on here with some of these comments. Give it a break and lets get down to the real issues before the voters of America The war The economy The recession that we are headed for These are just a few we need to concentrate on

I think Hillary will have a difficult time getting 50% of the vote. In fact, no democrat has won 50% of the vote since Carter ... Gore got just a fraction less than 50%.

For Hillary to win, I think we'll need a 3rd party in the mix. I expect Hillary to get about 49.5% against Rudy or Fred Thompson.

Hillary is so polarizing that even after two terms of an unpopular administration, she still can probably not get elected.

If Hillary runs, EVERYONE will step out to vote, and the most stalwart will be those who will vote against her.

This is the reason why some republicans want her to get back house and senate (I think). They shouldn't pick GWB in 2000 for this because of his money. Now most of people are sure democrats are inevitable in 2008 and the worse candidate they'll have it will be better for republicans. But they underestimate the power of corruption.

Noone, I feel sorry for you. You are ill-informed. Where do you get your false information? Faux News?

I have two points.

First, if you have even watched any of the debates, you would have noticed Hillary hasn't been spliting the U.S.. She has talked about the important issues at hand while a few of her fellow Democrats have tried to attack her in a desperate attempt to catch up in the polls.

Second, do you remember the presidential elections of '00 and '04? Bush and his Republican counterparts launched a campaign that was based entirely on splitting the United States.

Of course, religion comes to mind first. They pushed social issues such as abortion to get the religious right and they succeeded. The only problem is they lied to get their votes and no one seems to notice. With control of the both houses in the legislative branch, the judicial branch, and the executive branch all at the same time, they changed absolutely nothing in regards to abortion and its legality. So why is it an issue again? Why are they throwing it in Romney's face in the debates? It is an issue that dead and won't be overturned in our lifetime, yet they still push it to get votes.

In '04, the republicans used religion and "fear tactics" to get elected back in the White House. The really funny thing is they accused the Democrats of using "fear tactics." Its all pretty sad.

Look at the debates now. The democrats are talking about real issues, while the republicans are talking about religion and abortion. Now tell me which party has their proirities in order?

Right now the U.S. is split on both sides more than ever before and you think this has to do with Hillary? That's wierd and uneducated.

Vote on the best individual, republican or democrat, and not for a party. Voting party lines is politically irresponsible and flat out lazy.

I voted 9-7 republican in that last presidential election and can be proud to call myself an independant. I did not vote for Bush and do my best not to let the media form my opinion for me.

LOOK AT THE REAL ISSUES PEOPLE!

Actually, it's a pretty good gamble by the Democrats.

Anyone who would refuse to vote for her because she's a woman wouldn't vote for her regardless. And probably wouldn't vote for any Democrat.

But by running, she's galvanizing her voter base, getting them excited about a female candidate -- and right now, mobilizing the core voter base is more important than trying to swing independents.
It may not work, but it's not a foolish strategy.

I get it, you're a whacko who believes that Bill and Hillary Clinton are really psycho-communist-homicial maniacs who secrectly want to destroy America. Fortunately, I don't think most Americans are as paranoid and quite frankly, as stupid as you are, she hasn't polarized America at all, and no matter how loud you scream that she has, it won't make it any more true.

Sorry, you're whistling past the graveyard with this one. Her support has only grown in the last six months. Her approval ratings have gone up, the number of people who say they would never vote for her has gone down. Just two months ago Obama was breathing down her neck, now she's over 20 points up on him, and even more on Edwards. Could you provide a source for these underlings who you claim are saying this because I've missed that entirely. More and more people are getting energized by her rising support in the Democratic Party, not the other way around. Nice try though.
