If someone is harassing me by forcing a sale via door to door solicitation, and I ask them to leave and they do not comply and continue harassing, what are my rights? i rent a home with a big front yard. at what point in the conversation, and where physically, would i be allowed to use physical force to remove someone from my property who was not invited? what if they retaliated and hurt me or my family, who would be at fault? just want to know what the laws are, i would never harm anyone as i never have, but if someone was harassing my family and would not leave my door, i would want to know what rights i have to protect us.

My son is 5 yrs. old, and his dad is only ordered to pay $10.00 a week. Yeah, enough to pay for a couple gallons of milk that week. The reason the judge says it is so low is because the dad (if you want to call him that) is on partial disability, and my son can't draw off of the disability because it is a state funded type of disablility. And he does not work although he is aloud to work 20 hrs a week. To top it all of he doesn't even pay the $10.00 a week like he is ordered to pay. What can I do? Please if you have any information let me know. Thanks from Mommy in Indiana.

We all must have something. I am a liberal and agree with Conservatives that we shouldn't fund medical care for illegals.

What's your common ground?

Since America is typically represented by an eagle. Bin Ladden should read up on his Muslim passages...

Koran ( 9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in d espair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; And there was peace.

Israel is the nation most often mentioned in the Bible. But do you know which nation is second? It is Iraq!

The Garden of Eden was in Iraq!
Mesopotamia, which is now Iraq, was the cradle of civilization!
Noah built the ark in Iraq!
The wise men were from Iraq!
The "Empire of Man" described in Revelation is called Babylon, which was a city in Iraq!

He's the leading republican in most polls and he hasn't announced yet. Is this a very strong sign that the party is pinning their hopes on ole Freddy? Isn't it also very telling about the other candidates?

It is a very unfair characterization of the party. I am a democrat and have never once thought about turning this countyr into a communist state, nor do i beleive that communismwill or ever work as a good government. I am from New Jersey and most people i know are democrats, but not once have i ever heard them speak of communism in a romantic fashion or even heard them suggest communism as a form of government in this country! so why am i being called a commy? The people out their who do label us commys, please explain why?

We hear the Democrats complain daily about President Bush, buy yet they keep electing pond scum like John Kerry and Ted Kennedy. How come you don’t complain about these 2 characters? No instead, you put Kerry on the pedestal and tried to elect him President. Proves the irrational thought process of most democrats.

i asked my governor to remove a city mayor from office because he was breaking the law by giving ID cards to illegal immigrants.

she said there was nothing she could do because it was an immigration matter which falls under the federal government.

how is giving an ID card to illegal immigrants an immigration matter ? the issue is, the mayor is breaking the law by assisting someone to break the law. it doesnt matter if they are illegal immigrants or drug dealers.

Mayors cant overrule the federal government, they cant allow immigration if the federal government doesnt allow it, so how is this a federal matter ?

and even if she is right, the matter has already been settled, the legislation the president wanted didnt go through, so the matter is settled, all illegal immigrants will be deported.

does she expect the federal government to send in federal troops to remove the mayor and restore order? can the federal government remove a mayor ?

Julie Roginsky , a Democratic Political analyst , and voter for John Edwards in 2004 , has just dropped a bombshell on the Edwards campaign . Apparently(and yes I did watch him say it) John Edwards called upon all Democratic Candidates to refuse and return any monies they made from Rupert Murdoch and his holdings. . FoxNews , Newscorp , etc . He did this in an attempt to make other Democratic candidates look bad . . . but John screwed-up this time . Seems he forgot about the almost 1 million dollars that HE took from Rupert Murdoch !!!
Yep . A half a million for his book deal from Murdoch's holdings and a suspicious $300,000 in unknown expenses . He promised Murdoch that he would give the $300,000 to charity , but now when asked to prove that he did , he won't . His campaign advisors were invited to the show but declined to account for his words .
