It's there on the senate website. I believe it still has to go through the HOR (it might have already) but the way it's going, I'm sure it will pass. I think it's pretty neat, I'm glad we're getting more structure and guidelines in our country!

When my dad passed away he left me his antique car which I loved it meant a great deal to me and was in good condition it could have used a new paint job but other than that it ran I drove it for years and kept repaired when needed but my brother in law was suppose to move it for me when i moved into my new home because something had happened to the trans misssion and I was going to have it repaired but instead he destroyed it, he said a tree fell on it and it was flattened but he has no proof of what was done to the car I think he is lieing he was offered a lot for the car and I think he sold it but I have the title in my name it broke my heart when he did this to me I really loved that car.Can anyone help me I really want him to pay for the car because it was not his property to destroy it belonged to me.

I need an attorney to help me with a child support reduction, I have been to the FOC and even the lady at the building agreed my support amount is rediculous. I submitted a request for reduction, but was denied and informed I need to fill out a different form and request a hearing. The mother of my children and I have agreed on an amount but the FOC won't butt out!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The problem is they have taken so much I can't even afford to live, and I don't think it is fair my daughter (whom I have custody of) should suffer. I don't have much money so therefore I cannot afford an attorney and legal aid is talking like months til they could help me.

Let me explain the question a little more. My friends and I were talking about .50 cals and we got to the topic of the wounds they caused. We know what it can do with a hit, but we weren't sure on what would happen with a close miss. One guy says it can take your arm off with even a miss. Another wants proof, but I can't find any online. Any help would be greatly appreciated, mainly because it would shut him up.

This one guy started a fight with my stepbrother, they fought, and then later that guy called the cops and had my stepbrother arrested, and to top it all off this is the same guy that is sleeping around with my stepbrother's wife. Shouldn't the other guy be in jail since he started the fight. I know, my stepbrother should have called the cops after the other guy punched him, but instead he fought back, and now he's in prison. It seems my stepbrother is getting the wrong end of the stick.

Hellooo Police Officer's, Lawyer's, what's going on here???
I just watched tonight news about that David Zanon that ran over at high speed and killed Douglas Scott Russell (22 year veteran of CHP) here in California. He shows up in court and pleads not guilty. How more ridiculous is that? There were other Police Officer's there and SAW the whole thing! I say if there are two or more bona fide witnesses to a killing crime; why not go straight to the sentencing. Cut the chase and save the family from suffering more grief. What will come out of Zanan's mouth will be lies on top of lies. Geez, the other Officer's are bona fide. Change the laws!

As a person having a moderate issue I believe that individuals should be punished for their crime but I belive that the defendant should have a right to defend themselve in court. The battered woman syndrome defense is a defesne that I think that should be discontinued to be allowed in courts. I think that there are too much times when females use this defense in cases where they was no apparent attempt to leave the situation and instead use violence as a first option instead of a last option which the law was intended to do.

I was driving and in front of me was a guy who couldn't keep a straight path for 5 seconds. When I saw him make a turn with 40mph and his car almost turned over, I wanted to call the cops but 911 is for emergencies only and 311 was not working(they disabled it or something).

That there is no such thing as privacy? Me and my friends had a talk last night (becuz we were unforgivably bored) and we got on the subject of the government. My friend told me that there was no such thing as privacy becuz the government is able to watch anyone and listen in on phone calls and all kinds of stuff like that. Is this true?
