allows for the legal collection of federal income taxes from the general work force?
Spare me the diatribes and stick to the Constitution please. Also, please no complaining about the question without answering it because that's a violation of TOS, no matter how "Peppy" or "Limey" you feel.

Federal Reserve----well aware of what a crime this is.......instead of our gov't creating it's own $$$ which they can do, they borrow from the none gov't related "Federal" reserve and have to pay incredible amounts of interest $$$ to......these are the people that run our gov't, not the elected officials..........when you ask yourself "who is benefitting the most monetarily from our unjust wars?" the answer is the shareholders of the Federal Reserve Banks.....they are fleecing the citizens of the U.S. and our gov't is complicit.

The Federal income tax is a massive fraud and the creation of the Federal Reserve can only be referred to as a grand conspiracy. Conspiracies are nothing new. Our nation's history is rife with conspiracies and the creation of the Federal Reserve is one of the biggies.
Here are a couple of interesting movies on the topic:

Article I Section 8 "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes"
And Nothing in the 16th Amendment of the Constitution says 'profit' -- it says 'income'
"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
Income, from whatever source derived.
Income = something coming in.... something doesn't have to be profit to come in.
Title 26 of the US Code --- hundreds of pages -- if you want to wade through it to find the specific sentence, go ahead. But its 26 USC 7203 that makes it a crime to fail to pay taxes.
