I quit my job yesterday at a major auto dealer and come to find out today, one of the women who works in HR called ahead to some places that I may be applying and gave the person who accepts apps. my description and told them that I assaulted a customer (not true) and her which I wouldve loved to (but again not true). She purposefully called to prospective employers and blackballed me. What do I do?

There are many women with proven leadership abilities. Other nations have had successful women presidents. (see http://www.guide2womenleaders.com/index.html) And frankly, recent male presidents haven't shown us much.

With the bridge collapsing in Minnesota, it makes me wonder, who is re4sponsible for inspecting bridges and tunnels? The state and local govt..?
If we can't depend on them to do gtheir jobs, perhaps state and local govts are obsolete and weshould just have one, big federal government that talkes care of everything.
Response?

Why is it that many people cliam that the Field of Law is oversaturated with attorneys while on the other hand, many other sources claim that the forecast is looking good. The statistics at almost all law schools show that the majority of their recent graduates had no problem finding a job after graduation. If the law field was in fact oversaturated, wouldn't it be more difficult for recent graduates to find a job. Thanks.

I think legalizing prostitution would hurt the organized crime syndicates that own most governments. Making it legal, regulating it, taxing it, would be of great benefit to the workers. Then police effort could be focused more on busting the pimps and sex slave owners. The workers (mostly female) would be able to work for a couple of years and then go to college to aim for a longer term career. I'd say the risk would be less than joining the army (where workers swear their life away to the military bureaucracy) or being under the thumb of some scummy crime lord who's only concern is power and money.
To the moralists out there; you're never going to stop it and keeping it illegal only helps the most despicable, rotten, slime infested, hell-bound maggots to continue increasing their strength, reaching high levels of power, and driving our society down the the bowels of the netherworld.

The regulations did not prohibit the use of fragance. Also a military physician who just graduated form residency program, can be named head of a department in less that a year and make decisions to discharge civilian physicians with more years of experience? What are the military regulations to name a military doctor as director when that person was sued for malpractice with a resultant patient demise and that person wants to obligate physicians to do things against medical ethics and then dismiss then because the physician not agreeing with unreasonable requests?

In 2004, Democrats were playing up John Kerry's military service and his 20 years in the Senate. Kerry, as an officer actually was in charge of people. He had leadership responsibilities. Like a CEO or Governor or Mayor would have? These people have has to make decisions at the highest level. They have led organizations, been in charge!

What will the democrats talk about if Hillary or Obama is the nominee?

Basically they are reduced to;

"They qualify under the constitution."

Whoopee! So does Caveman in the Geico commercial....
