That's probably because you are an immigrant. We all are. UK is an island, we must all have come from somewhere else, originally.

No matter that my ancestors arrived here about 10,000 years ago [Brythonic Celts]. We all came from elsewhere.

Funny thing. I am discovering there are lots of shared words between Welsh and Urdu. Wonder why? We're all just a load of travellers when you work it out.

first of all its not the same as the usa at all because the us is a country of immigrants, donegal rose who the hell are you to complain about mexicans you immigrant, and the uk brought it on themselves by conquering half the world, draining the natural resources of the countries they took over and bringing everyone back home, did you know that after ww 2 since half the young males in the uk were killed they had to bring in workers from the west indies and other countries to keep things running?? and finally minority immigrants and illegal immigrants ARE NOT THE SAME THING

I'm white, lived all my life in UK, live in an area where folk from all nations also live, but that's what my own country's like. Diverse with lots of different people with different backgrounds. And I love it.

Just a minor point, but you might like to get your facts right.

The farmer you mentioned, Tony Martin, did not defend himself against a knife attack, he shot to death a thief in the back as he was running away. Theft is wrong, but doesn't attract the death penalty. The other criminal he shot did try to sue, but was unsuccessful. Martin served three years of a five year sentence for manslaughter (on appeal after being found gulity of murder).

We can argue all night about whether his imprisonment was justified or not, but remember it was a jury that found him guilty of murder, not the lawmakers, and let's argue with the facts, not your fantasy land.

Its because of the EU, too many citizens from different countries in europe are coming over. They dont need to come here because they have got jobs in their own country, if it was a very poor country id understand. There needs to be strict limit on the number of people from the EU coming over here, because its getting way out of hand.

I cant put barbed wire around my fence to the rear as this could harm someone breaking in..... WELL DURRR!!! Thats the damn idea! To Put People Off Breaking In!
If i had my way there would be APMs before my fence! and Razor Wire over an Electrified fence, with Ferrocious Dogs Contained between another fence then my property! If someone gets past all that then they obviously mean harm, so shoot to kill!

I didn't know about the plight of the English until recently. They are having the same problems as the USA. They are being over run my immigrants, and their country is even more politically correct than the USA! It's really a shame.

I know what you mean. I'm Irish living in the Southwest/Midwest United States. I'm surrounded constantly by Mexicans who came here illegally and can't speak English, Vietnamese who are looking for dogs to eat, Arabs and East Indians. Years ago England was a civilized country that stated "A mans homes is his castle" but then using Gestapo tactics the powers that be learned you must disarm the citizens before any dictatorship can take place.

For example a farmer heard noises coming from his kitchen down stairs in his home and he used a shot gun to stop a criminal with a knife from assaulting him.

The Nazi mentality in the UK Put the farmer in jail and compensated the career criminal for pain and suffering.
