well my brother in law bought a car and couldnt afford it so my uncle kept making payments on it my uncle used the car for the time well in a few weeks everything went wrong my uncle didrint want to keep paying it but took the car out of the country..well my bro. in law told the car dealership and they said it was under his name so he has to pay the car or return it!!what can we do need help!!

Your brother in law is legally responsible for the debt. He took a risk allowing the uncle to take the car, because, if I understand the facts correctly, the bank can't even get the car back at this point. If they could, your brother in law could at least get a credit for whatever the car could be sold for. Sorry, but he's in the s**t.

make your uncle pay if he is taking the car or otherwise ask your bro to get a job and try to pay for the car and get back the car

If it is your brother in laws name, report it stolen and then realize you are going to have to pay for the car and never see it again. If you were smart enough to have an insurance policy covering a stolen vehicle get your police report, turn it in to your insurance company, and pray they reimburse you for it.
