In the match between the President of the US vs. the US Constitution, which do you favor? Which will prevail?

King Henry, who said "we are a nation of laws, and wiretaps require a warrant. Nothing has changed?"

Since that statement was completely false at the time it was uttered, and no one has held the men who violated the constitution accountable for their actions, are they not therefore above the law?

Hard question. Constitution is often vague and made it okay to have slaves, not very worthy of respect.

However, the President is only human and is often not liked by many. Plus, if the constitution is flawed swearing to uphold it makes you instantly flawed. Darn.

Matched up against the current president however, GO CONSTITUTION!

The Constitution would be my choice, even if its an underdog. I fear that the vapid masses would probably help the President prevail though, as long as they were scared enough.

Bush is an idiot. I don't even think he knows how to spell Constitution, let alone swear to uphold and defend it - I haven't seen him do either.
