relationship which resulted in a physical fight in which we both hit each other. the police were called and i was arrested, after questioning the police said that i was to be charged with common assault and rape. she told the police that i had raped her the previous week, which was a lie. at court i was fined for the assault but the judge threw the rape allegation out as he stated it appeared that the allegation of rape was as a direct result of a disgruntled female. i think that she should have been prosecuted for the false allegation, but the CPS stated there was no evidence either way of what happened so the matter was dropped. what do you think.

Nepotism was the English way when the original 13 colonies seperated from the yoke of taxation without representation. Nepotism, Titles of Nobility, and any sort of favoritism or in groups are totally unconstitutional. You cannot have a brother ratifying the election of his brother. How can this be a constitutional republic when it grows more and more like the royal monarchies of primalgenitor rule of europe that the united states was specifically set up to prevent?

our constitution says there can be no excessive fines or punishments. it also promises our rights and if you will carefully look at the ninth amendment you will see that the current government does NOT follow the constitution.

70 dollar fines for skateboards and bikes are illegal. how can local governments get away with breaking the constituion? it says NO EXCESSIVE fines. also they are criminalizing our whole new generation of youth. they make permanent records criminalizing people for all sorts of nonsense. the promises of the country that are in the constitution do not allow any of this sort of thing. how is the government getting away, federal, state, and local, with constantly breaking the constitutional promises?

I live in Virginia. My friend is 21 years and and swears up and down that it is legal for her to drive by herself with only a driver's permit (no liscense). This just doesnt make sense to me. I looked on the DMV website and was unable to find the info about her situation. Can anyone help clear this up?

Last week I signed my paperwork for the DEP and after alot of research I feel pretty sure of my decision. I do have several questions:

1) I have a 4 year degree, but due to GPA shortcoming, I can't get in as an officer. Approximately how long will it take me on the enlisted side to get to the officer rank? I will pay my dues and work my way up, but I don't want to be enlisted longer than I have to be. Also, this may sound strange, but I feel as if I would have earned the officer commission by being an enlistee first.

2) MEPS: My recruiter was a bit evasive on this, but I want to go into the NAVY as a Journalist (my degree), but he kept hyping up the Nuclear program and the like. I scored a 68 on my practice AFQT at the recruiting office and I never even studied. HE stated that my ASVAB/ score, which will be taken at MEPS in Tampa will determine my job and not to go in too determined to get one job. Can someone clarify everything post my DEP signing?

Thanks

Wasnt Richard Nixon a republican? havent we seen enough of what the republicans have done to our country?

notice the wealth distribution in the country continues to be such that a small number of wealthy and influencial people, like the ultra-wealthy and the oil interested vested few keep exploiting the rest of our people? why dont we actually follow the constitution of the united states? it is the republicans who have gotten control and created this government totally nothing like the fair and equal promises we were given in the constitution. have you ever asked anyone who comes from one of our groups of underrepresented peoples?

why do we have apartheid in the united states?????

I am burdened in this world having to work with fundie Bill O' worshippers at work. I endure on a near daily basis an assault on reason unparalleled in modern history. Something I noticed is that their self esteem is placed in the value attributed to the USA. They value themselves as individuals more when they think about things like american exceptionalism etc. Why the low self esteem without the notion that my country is better than yours?

Like most of you I am saddened by the thought of only about 18 months left of George Bush. How can we listen to a piece of paper thats over 200 years old instead of a great man? I am sure if Thomas Jefferson and all those other freedom hating democrats had known George W. Bush was coming they would have made a provision in the Constitution granting him the powers he needs to save america. They didn't know so shouldn't as True Americans just say to heck with the Constitution and make George Bush our king?

Think what he could get done without having to follow all those stupid little laws like letting people have free speech? No democratic congress or supreme court to hate america, It would be great. George himself has shown us the way, when he doesn't like something in the constitution he changes it or ignores it. Lets follow his great example. If you love freedom, stand with me and tell those troop hating liberals in congress we want to get rid of the constitution!

thier excuse is that its a silly law,, is this how we all should feel, is this what they teach thier kids, to break the law if its silly,, break the rules at school because your kid does not agree with it,way to go for the illegal supporters, you should be proud of yourself,, lets all stand up and break the law,, oh by the way its a federal law, not the same as a state law like speeding or jaywalking, and i dont break the law,, just in case you want to accuse me of it,,

Yesterday this person was trolling under the name suthrnlytes... she has already posted a few questions under "Better than clones" but she's not the original better than clones. She decided to use my profile information and make up a Crazy angry response that she's claiming to be made by me. HA ha.. This person is the one who goes around and tries to take over everyones name who makes her mad. She's a Angry little Liberal with No sense of Humor. She thinks she's funny, but really she's not. All her jokes are the same.

I'm just here to let you guys Know who the Troll is today, Just avoid her and whatever you do don't give her what she wants and that's to go back and look at her response to yours... That's where she gets you, If you go back and edit your comment to respond to hers, she will keep it going until you make her so mad that she trolls you, takes over your identity.
