Do you mean as people or as Presidents?

It is difficult to compare their administrations. Clinton did a decent job during a very peaceful time. George W. Bush is doing his best for the country during a time of great trial.

They both have grey hair and when their lips are moving they are lying, just like all politicians. They are all in it to get rich and pretend they aren't. Sad group in general.
