They've been collecting property and funds for how many centuries? Do you think a more proper punishment would have been in the billions?

They are betting against our military.
How will voters take it if the do win and turn around things in Iraq?

I happen to think they are betting too much on polls and it will bite them back.

There's the more extreme one, that the Bush administration staged the attacks.

Then there's the less extreme one that the Bush adminstration just knew about the attacks and let them occur.

What is this? Well it's blocking me before I've ever had any interaction with them on any questions, you know sometimes I'm a genuine smart alek and other times I come armed with facts, links, and am direct in my actions, that said I am NOWHERE near as good at the debate process as others, Chi Guy comes to mind (and he's not even a liberal from what I can tell he'll argue against ANY BS intelligently and thoughtfully with an articulate response) why would someone block me without knowing the content of my contribution, sometimes I jest, sometimes I try to swat you for being an idiot, and sometimes I give the best answer I can give but to be blocked without, but still I'm normally not very offensive (at least by the stanadards I see upheld here mrfeelsgreat and John B come to mind) so wy would you block someone from the onset, just wondering, oh you might ask how do I know they are conservatives, well the questions are good indicators

whats the difference between the two? they both take away your rights. the left takes away your financial freedom by raising taxes across the board. and the with the left's merge with environmentalism, they might start telling us how much toilet paper we can use or how much bottled water we're allowed to buy. in fascism its the same thing, and leftists now are acting like just because bush is in "power" that means america is a fascist state. my rights havent been affected at all. i have more financial freedom because of tax cuts. the left doesnt like being reminded of stalin, does it? over 60 million deaths....bush didnt kill that many. neither did hitler, who the left considers "far-right". I consider him a nationalist socialist.

Reason I'm asking is I just joined the Army, wanting the aspirations of going infantry, but ended up in 25 Charlie which is Radio Operator and Repairer.

Reason I couldn't go infantry was because I was mildly color blind. Are the marines just as harsh when it comes to picking and choosing who's infantry?

In 1983, financier Rich was indicted for evading more than $48 million in taxes, and charged with 51 counts of tax fraud, as well as running illegal oil deals with Iran during the 1979-1980 hostage crisis. During his last week in office, President Bill Clinton pardoned Rich, who had fled the U.S. during his prosecution and was residing in Switzerland. Clinton's eleventh-hour move, along with pardons of his half-brother, Roger, and former business partner Susan McDougal, outraged Republicans and Democrats alike. The Rich pardon sparked an investigation into whether it was bought by the hefty donations Rich's ex-wife, Denise, had given to the Clintons and the Democrats. In the end, investigators did not find enough evidence to indict Clinton.

Specifically, I refer to this one situation. Liberals advocate big government and regulation and taxes. With high employee taxes, it increases the overhead of businesses. The more costs to just be open makes it harder to make it as a small business.

Yet, liberals are generally against big corporations that operate internationally, yet they are the ones that can absorb large overhead.

Having so many taxes on wages, and other costs for being open makes it harder and harder for the small guy to make it. Yet liberals are making it so big corporations are the only ones who can make it. A single shop owner can only make it so far with resources. You can really see this with malls in heavily blue states like NY and CT. The small shops cannot afford the mall rents nor the overhead to make it.

How ironic?

BTW, there are liberals in the Republican party who behave the same way. Liberal is not unique to Democrats here.

With republicans blocking the pull out of our troops in Iraq the Majority leader of the senate plans on keeping the senate up until the crack of dawn wednesday morning to debate the war.

"How many sleepless nights have our soldiers and their families had?"
-Democratic Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill.

Even if it does not work I think the measure deserves brownie points. What do you think?
