When she was two years old, her mother died. Subsequently her father married another woman. They have two children, one son and another daughter. Whenever the lady (now 40 years old) questions about her share to the property, her father evades and her step mother begins to scold her. My question is: does the only surviving child( duaghter) of first marriage have any right to propery of her father, and if so, how much?

Typical night, I work as security for a local club. I go to work tonight and told I am suspended from a previous matter a few nights prior. Scenario at hand, a few days ago I purchased a drink for someone underage(knowingly).

The problem; the management knows underage drinking goes on and when we work we try and curb this as much as possible. What really pisses me off is the fact that the guy who suspended me knowingly lets/watches girls drink underage there(not saying that it's frequent but it does happen). I realize what I did was wrong and accept it but what I can't get over is the fact that the SAME guy who suspends me sits there and lets others get away with it.

Do I let it go or does anyone have any intelligent recourse of action?

How long does the suspension last when you get suspended for voicing his anti illegal opinions on this board? It happened to a friend of mine. Who, by the way, never posted anything like some others who are for.

To clarify, I have put out a ton of info. and questions about my issue with DFCS here in good ol' Georgia. I did not lose custody of my son because I was doing drugs---They had an anonymus complaint which did lead to me failing a drug screen. I was served with papers to go before a Juvenile Judge 3 days before I was to be in court to answer these allegations. This happened the week of Christmas this past year. I was not prepared legally or otherwise and didn't want to risk my son being thrown into GA's foster care system. I voluntarily transferred guardianship of him to my brother to ensure that didn't happen to him. I did my homework, petitioned the Probate Court to reverse guardianship back to me as I was ready to go before a Juvenile Judge if necessary. DFCS, as well as my brother, had 14 days to file a petition challenging the reversal which would have said they believed my son's welfare was at stake if I was his guardian. Neither did. No new complaints just harassment.

Look to my other details in the same question. The house was right next to a golf course with the grass from the course connecting to the homeowners and their was no fence. You are idiots who respond like wise peeps. What if we came from the golf course grass onto the homeowners grass when we damaged it?

While running around Parris Island, our Drill Instructor was running backwards beside our troop yelling at us. He ran backwards into a sign knocking himself down. We kept going, but one Private broke rank to go help him. The D.I. yelled at him for breaking rank and said "I have been a soldier for twenty years, I think I know how to stand up!"

Personally, I think it was hilarious that the D.I. would rather sit there and bleed out his head rather than have some recruit help him!

My friend and I were in Starbucks today and she tried to take a photo of a picture on the wall. The barista told her she couldn't take it because of copyright laws. Pretty much everything is copyrighted today. Does that mean you can't take a pic of anything?!!?!

...it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether is it a democracy, a facist dictatorship, a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.Voice or no voice, people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.
