Would it be illegal to ask a question such as the following: (reason explained after the question)

"How many of you are aware that, as a juror, you not only have the right to judge on the facts of a case, but have the absolute authority to judge on whether or not the laws in the case are just or not, despite what the judge may tell you during your deliberation?"

and/or

"how many realize you are constitutionally allowed to dismiss a case based on anything, including not liking how the officer acted, or based on you not agreeing if something should be illegal?"

and/or

"how many of you realize it is not permitted by law, for an officer of the court to inform you of your RIGHTS do dismiss a case based on any reason you see fit?"

----------------
These are all technically "questions", not statements of information, very similar to common tactics used during jury selection. The difference is, this pertains to "jury nullification", which is a fine line.

Isn't totalitarianism against core socialist principles such as liberty and equality? Why does the central economic, political and social control have to be placed in the hands of an oligarchy rather than the hands of all workers, or even all people?

Have we become so jaded we now refuse to pay people who work hard every day a true living wage? How much in your opinion does a person need to make each month to cover their rent/mortgage, food, utility bills, clothing, toilet paper, transportation etc. The bare essentials, no vacations, internet, cable, insurance. The bare essentials.

I bought some stamps awhile ago (when postage was still 39 cents). The stamps don't have 39 cents printed on them. Do I need to get additional stamps in order to use these ones or can I just use one of these stamps? The only thing printed on the stamp is First Class U.S.A.

Do you think that prisons:
1) Give too much to inmates (i.e. meals, exercise plans, education options, surgeries, free dental and medical, etc.)?
2) Are a huge cost to the American taxpayer?

Also, do you think that the government should:
1) Be more lenient on convicted NON-VIOLENT drug users and reduce their sentences as to make more room in prisons for more serious offenders?
2) Revamp the entire prison system as to be harder on violent offenders, serious threats to the American people, murderers, etc. and to be more lenient on those who did not do something that is of serious threat to other Americans (i.e. drug use (as I said before), theft (not armed robbery, just theft), etc.
3) revoke the "Three Strikes" rule for repeat drug offenders?

Liberals hate the Conservative talk radio speaking their mind and people liking it. If I want to say 2+2=6, then that is my right to spout it, on TV, Radio, In the streets!

If so for how long. It seems to me that we have a two faced coin that works for itself. Maybe we will get some relief, until things just get worse. They give a little and than take a lot. Good cop bad cop. Until one day they take whatever they want. Because we give whatever they tell us they need.

Someone find me the law which requires me to pay income taxes. Find it and i'll announce for a week straight that I'm a looney moron. Find me the law that requires the average American to pay income taxes. Show me that income taxes is put back into the people and not payed back to the Federal Reserve who is a private bank. We've been fooled into giving these unelected bankers our money. Can any one show me otherwise? I can show you where the Supreme Courts have said that a mans labour is his private property. Why are we letting things happen in our government that are totally unconstitutional. Read up the Federal Reserve, it's a PRIVATE BANK making OUR money! Why does Congress borrow money from the Federal Reserve when it has the ability to make it! Show me otherwise, I want to believe we the people are still in power!

People say that if a place of business wants an applicant to pursue because they want to see if you are persistent, follow through etc..&they want to be bugged a little bit, but for all you know you it could be scaring them or making them feel threatened?Shouldn't you be afraid to keep calling back like that every two or three weeks and come in like once a month to follow up, when there are conditions like certain people applying for jobs just frustrated the manager; because of how they look, act, makes people feel threatened by them, makes people want to be extremely uncommunicative, etc.., or they simply do not like the person &want them out as quick as possible when they come in for an interview? Managers are lying about a position being open or not, and being vague about who does the hiring & throw them off on how to contact them, and embarrass and humiliate in front of everyone else in the restaurant? So if you persist, what might the result be under these conditions?
