He is trying to get a passport to go to England by December. I heard that because he has a felony that they might not give him a passport, is this true? The felony was for alcohol theft about a year ago, and he's still going to court for it. Any help would be great! Also, if you find information on a website, please leave the link in your answer so that I can find it myself. Thanks so much!

"A theory that the aim of action should be the largest possible balance of pleasure over pain or the greatest happiness of the greatest number"

"The theory that the rightness or wrongness of an action is determined by its usefulness in bringing about the most happiness of all those affected by it. Utilitarianism is a form of consequentialism, which advocates that those actions are right which bring about the most good overall. Jeremy Bentham identified good consequences with pleasure, which is measured in terms of intensity, duration, certainty, propinquity, fecundity, purity, and extent. John Stuart Mill argued that pleasures differ in quality as well as quantity and that the highest good involves the highest quality as well as quantity of pleasure."

Situation: Me and a friend were golfing on a hot day, we saw a house with the sprinklers on and decided to drive through them. Little did we know the sod had just been set and we ruined a 5 foot section. Cops were called and asked if we had been drinking which we said yes but no test or ticket was issued, though the police officer took our license #'s down along with our names. 1. Can we be charged with a DUI later down the road? 2. Are we responsible for the lawn that we destroyed (the whole lawn or just what we messed up)? 3. What would happen if we didn't do anything and refused to redo the lawn?

Who believes the Patriot Act is really honestly being used to fight terrorism? I am aware of only one incident in the news that it was used to gain information on a local business man in Vegas named Mike Gilardi for bribing officials to approve his strip clubs. Many people I know are personally aware of how the Patriot Act was made with loopholes to spy on Americans. Are you aware of any or do you just trust the feds?

What would you think about a 15% federal tax, 5%state tax, 3%county tax, 2% city tax, straight up for any person or entity that creates an income. There would be no loopholes, no breaks, no bs. If 1 dollar is made, 25 cents paid. If a hundred thousand is made, 25 thousand is paid. No more and No less. No more tax sycophants. The elected officials pay all the bills from those funds.

Are we also at war in Iran? Has President Bush ever declared war there? How long have we've been there? Are any other countries helping us fight those terrorists?

out of power & to find the WMD and get rid of them? We didn't find those weapons (yet; Saddam halted us for a long time from entering Iraq so he had enough time to hid them in another country) & Saddam is dead now. So, after Saddam's capture, why didn't we start pulling out? With Saddam out of power or dead, that wasn't going to stop terrorists. These men are devote to their own cause & beliefs. They don't need Saddam, they will continue to follow anyone who is in high ranks, right? I fully understand that we are there to fight the Al-Qaeida (in Iran) but in all honestly, we can't kill all of them cuz they're spread over the entire world. Hell, they have been living among us in the USA for years.

We aren't really at war with Iraq anymore, right? We are at war with terrorists, right? We are trying to kill terrorists & weakening them while trying to help the new Iraq government build itself up & rebuild the cities. Bush says we will win. WHAT will we win?? I don't understand.

the white population in America is about 75-80 percent...but we can't promote white culture because its raciest, but we can promote other cultures because its tolerance...you speak about the Christian God you get slammed with separation of church and state, you speak about any other God you are accepted because you must tolerate others views while reject others...i am not referring to all whites as being Christian but are country has many precept of Christianity incorporated in it...if you don't believe me just go to Washington D.C. and see how many government buildings have the 10 commandments in stone on them...
