I would try to give as much detail as you can and hopefuly people will understand what you are asking and not just jump to assumptions.
Unfortunately some people will anyway.
You sound like a smart woman with her head on straight, In my state DFCS is called Department of Social Services, and they are in the news constantly screwing up, sometimes the jump too quick to cover their @$$, and sometimes they don't see what is right in front of their face.
these agencies need a major overhaul on how they do their jobs.

I know this is hard, due to Yahoo limitation on space to key stuff in, but you can also add more comments later, so think what makes sense for initial question vs. later addition.
If you have several distinct questions, try to put them in different Yahoo Questions, and try not to state pretty much the same question multtiple times.
There are acronyms like DFCS where every state has a similar named organization, but different acronym, so people in other states who can answer the question in general, might not recognize the acronym ... in the body of question be sure not to leave ambiguirty.
Each question posted on Yahoo Answers needs to have a distinctive and relevant subject title, posted in most appropriate category.
* A lot of questions, from the info in the subject heading, is a bit misleading as to the body of the content, which means people who might do good answers can skip right over that
* Many questions (not neccessarily you, but Yahoo Answers in general) seem to be posted by people unaware of the range of categories, where other categories might be more likely to reach people with relevant know-how
Each question posted on Yahoo Answers needs to stand on its own.
* Many people (like me) try to answer questions whose title sounds interesting, or one that we can answer, based on the title of the question found within the summary listings.
* Many people do not follow url links given with questions, although it is very helpful to include those for the people who do
* Many people here are at different stages of figuring out how to navigate Yahoo Answers
Thus you will get people who stumble over one of your questions, and try to answer it from only the text that is right there, irrespective of anything else you may have posted elsewhere.

I have read all your versions of this question. I am a lawyer and I know that sometimes you have to keep dragging facts out of people one at a time because 1) they don't know what is important because they do not know the law, and 2) they don't want to tell you things that will put them in a negative light.
So I try to limit my answers only to the facts you give me. That might not be satisfactory to you, but we all do our best,

Many people sadly like to jump to conclusions without actually paying attention to the facts.
Details, it seems, don't matter to a lot of people, even if those details fundamentally change the outcome of the analysis.
It's basically intellectual laziness.

Unless you have been through rehab to prove you are off drugs, you shouldn't have your children with you.
Junkies make terrible parents. Do yourself and your kids a favor and leave them with your brother until you get your act cleaned up and are competely off dope.
