I have always been a republican I have always believed smaller govt. is best, lower taxes etc. But I am so disgusted with the 2 party system and not sticking to what they believe. Does anyone out there think that with fewer laws and more rights we would be alot better off? I think it's time to get the power hungry politicians out and bring the new and refreshing in. What do you think?

He's a complete failure, he has no power, he is as inept as he is clueless.
In almost 7 years, all he managed to do was veto stem cell research funding, he failed at every other agenda item.
Any sane person would call it a day.
Oh dear, did i just answer my own question?

a guest staying at a motel? I work at the front desk of a motel and the police came in asking the room number of a guest staying here. I felt weird just telling them -as we are not allowed to give that info out to the general public. Should I have required they produce a warrant? Did I comprimise the guests privacy by giving the room number to the police? Does anyone know what the proper procedure and/or laws are concerning a situation of this nature?

It was created for furthering the North American Union agenda. The joining of Mexico, the USA and Canada. It would have erased our borders so this would further even faster and also give the congressional blessing to the SPP which has been created by Bush, Fox and the Canadian PM.

THIS is why I am relieved that it didn't pass! It at least put the NAU at a slower rate than they are wanting. Why do YOU feel this was a good bill not have passed?

Im not........Remember,NeoCons, Reactioanries, and Republican Bigots are not strong enough to stand on their own. America rejects them whole heartedly. Their only hope is to shut their opposition down and refuse to confront them publicly in any form.

All these libs out here keep calling Bush, the Bush administration, and anyone who is conservative a Nazi or a dictator and such. Yet no one says anything when Harry Reid blatantly and openly circumvents the Constitution for his own benefit to pass the Immigration Amnesty bill.

Ive heard and researched the Issue,.a lot..and from what i gather...there already exists an Immigration Policy,..also there have been planned routes to addressing the border crossing problem..by building a wall or fence...which is not being done..to bad...this problem could have been mostly solved already...if it had.

About the fact that Bush and Cheney refuse to comply with a subpoena to release documents regarding the firings of US attorneys? Since when are they above the law? What is wrong with the population when they can get away with this and no one cares? This country is so f*cked.

I know there are many many people that are upset with the direction our country is heading, but why don't I hear them speak out more? Our voice is supposed to be heard and accounted for by our politicians.

When they organized in the thousands, waving their Mexican Flags and demanded their "rights", American citizens were angered. Americans believe you should wave the American flag, and should go back to Mexico and fix the problems in the county to whom you show your loyalty. Americans believe people breaking our laws to even be here should not become citizens just because they successfully broke our laws. That would be like rewarding a person with a driver's license because they were able to drive for years without one. The net effect of all this Mexican protesting is that now Americans will demand that our immigration laws be enforced, and our border secured.

It has been reported tonight that Gordon Brown is intending to announce some big changes to the UK constitution early next week.

One of these changes is reputed to be the disestablishment of the Church of England.

Will such a move undermine the authority of this church within England?

No one is forcing you to listen to Limbaugh's show or demanding that you read Coulter's books. Yes, they can both be extremely irritating and probably give you much reason to hate them. But why bother? Why can't liberals just ignore them and not pay them so much heed?

This is my question to those of you disagree with them, but continue to make constant statements about them - Why waste your time by giving such a great deal of attention to people that you despise?

I am a strong liberal Democrat that strongly opposes George Bush, but I can't help feeling sorry for him. His legacy has gone down the trash can. His failed economic policies have lost millions of jobs. His healthcare and social security policies have been a nightmare. He refused and failed to send an appropriate amount of troops into Afghanistan to apprehend Osama Ben Ladin and Al- Quida, instead, getting us stuck in Iraq. He is arguably the most unpopular American political figure of all time, in the eyes of the world. He has turned nearly every country against us, and raised Anti American sediment around the world to alarmingly high levels. He can't even convince Senators and Congressmen in his own party to vote on legislation he wants passed (Immigration bill). His polls have dropped to a 26% approval rating, and Democrats and Republicans alike have lost complete support for him. Bush’s administration will go down in history as a complete failure. You can’t help feel sorry for him?
