They've never done anything wrong in their life, they say they have a clean record. what do you think the "ruling" will be for them? Do you think they will have a court date etc? Serious answers please. Especially if you know someone who has done this & gotten caught. Thanks :)

Is there a relationship between economic conservativism (or free-market capitalism) and religion? For example, why is there a correlation between Christian fundamentalism and the Republican party? By contrast, why have Communist regimes historically banned religion?

One of the main reasons for the USA revolutionary war was the colonies were being taxed by England, but had no representation in parliament. I was in DC today and their license tags say Taxation without Representation, alluding to the fact that the Constitution restricts Representation to the states. Never mind that most residents of the District came there for the benefit of the government largess. If Taxation without Representation is bad, then why is it possible for people to have Representation, but yet they pay NO taxes, or Representation without Taxation?
If you don't pay taxes, I don't think you should have any say so in the running of the government! Obviously, people like that will ONLY vote to receive more social benefits and aid from the government. Responsible hard working people ought to make those decisions rather than lazy ne'er do wells!

Ole Teddy boy just said America would be be "Nazi-Like" by hunting down the Mexicans that have broken our laws. He also called our government and our troops "Nazis" as we battle the ruthless Muslims.....Do you enjoy Teddy`s anti- Americanism ?

Isn't America a better place when we can point to a Bald Eagle in the sky and tell our children it is our National Bird instead of them just seeing pictures in a book.
As of now the Bald Eagle is no longer on the endangered species list. Another true victory for Liberal Americans.

His greencard is about to expire. They gave it to him for a length of 10 years which will expire in 2008. It was based on marriage but, how do I know what form to fill out? How do I know if his greencard is conditional or not? What form should we fill out I-90 or I-751? Would like your advice. Also how long does this process take to get the new greencard back?

A student council advisor in illinois has recently dismissed without explanation. The advisor has been active on local to national levels of student council for the past 17 years and has never had any problems with her record. She is well reputable and admired by all who know her within the organization. I was wondering if this is within laws of Illinois school codes? Or sites I could look at to give me more information on the general subject? and any ideas you may have as to fighting this other than petition?
Please help, justice needs to be served here...
we are pretty sure we know the reason but the accusations of the board are completely untrue...and yes she is a teacher also
Thanks,
Krys

got a feeling that china are the next superpower and i cant see the usa standing back and letting that happen , although it could quite easily be a islam/muslim backlash that triggers a religious war too.

The states where both their Senators voted for the Proposed Immigration Reform Bill were Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusettes, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin. Of those on the list, I would say California has a major illegal problem along with Arizona. Florida would have a major illegal problem if not for the "Feet Dry" policy with Cuban illegals. The rest of the list, needs more exposure to the problem. I highly encourage any illegal alien not living in one of the above states to move to one. Either you'll be in a less adversarial location where it will be easier to garner support for your cause, or they would become less supportive, now shouldereing the sociological and economic burdens of illegal immigration. Either way, a great political and sociological experiment!

The Bush Administration has tried to before and it will try again.
The Court of Appeals had to rule against its Communistic practice of imprisioning people without charge (June 11)

That`s what the right wing leaders in Washington are working towards....Is that a "Free" America ?

Freethinking liberals and moderates love debate while conservatives work tirelessly to shut America up.

Is this the end of NeoCon facism?

Right wing talk radio has become so pornographic people are stepping up and saying "Enough is Enough! More hatred of Americans via talk raio is sick and wrong"

Seems like everything he tries to do he cannot get backing from even members of his own party. And, now that the White House is battling against releasing documents, he does not look to good for him. What are your thoughts?

I am looking for information regarding the associated timelines and rights of an individual making a request to a homeowner's association. In this case, the owner of a mobile home in a mobile home park made a request to rent the property to potential tenants as opposed to selling the property outright due to the current state of the real estate market. A request for consideration was made more than 30 days ago with no reply on the part of the homeowner's association.

is it normal that my boyfriend sent me 4 letters within the first month of basic training at fort benning, but then hasn't written me for 2 weeks but has written to his parents? the last letter said he wanted to be more serious about me, and i wrote him back a long letter about how i love him, but i haven't received anything back? maybe he doesn't want to be with me anymore? why would he have time to write home, but not to write me a really short letter saying he can't write much but he loves me? its driving me crazy waiting everyday for a letter, and not receiving anything. The only thing i can think is he doesn't really care anymore? i waited and finally wrote another one a few days ago which he should have received probably yesterday that just said i hadn't heard from him and i love him, etc. i'm at the point where i just feel bad because if someone loves you, why would they write home but not to you when they say they want a future with you?

I am 17 years old and a senior at my high school. After much consideration, I have decided that I want to serve my country and join the Armed Forces as well as recieve a college education as I have always intended. I was looking into the Amry ROTC and the Air Force ROTC and was wondering how much of an affect the ASVAB will have on my chances of getting accepted over my overall GPA and SAT scores. My GPA in high school is a 2 but my SAT score is around 1200 (math/verbal). I was wondering, with my low GPA, but fair SAT score, will scoring well in the ASVAB greaten my chances of getting the ROTC scholorship? If so, by how much and what other things do the Armed Forces (specifically the Army and the Air Force) look at before making their desicion about accepting me? Thank you for your time and i hope that those who are knowledgeable in this area will answer my question.
