They've never done anything wrong in their life, they say they have a clean record. what do you think the "ruling" will be for them? Do you think they will have a court date etc? Serious answers please. Especially if you know someone who has done this & gotten caught. Thanks :)

They say that they have a clean record. They may have done bad things in the past, but probably nothing to put them in jail. They even gave them the things that they bought with the cards back. What do you think should happen there?

credit card fraud is one of the few things they still arrest people for based on evidence. anything "white collar" they will build a case before making an arrest.

its not like when they plant drugs on someone to arrest them -- that is a whole different unit of police thats used to dealing with urban poor kids who don't have a chance at justice anyway.

We have the same thing going on in my office. And it's a company credit card that was not authorized. Even though I know this person well, (Relative)....Morally yes I do think the person needs to go to jail. The damage done to the credit holder, is irreversable. And it just goes to show how unhonest the person you're talking about is. "Clean Record?" Sorry, but the law of God is going to see this person on judgement day.

Yes they will have a court date, and yes they should go to jail. Credit card fraud is theft, and damages the credit of the card holder. They told you they have nevr done anything worng before, really, i seriously doubt it.

Your co-work is a thief and definitely have a court date, and hopefully will go to jail.
