Hillary Clinton and Rudy Guliani have had double digit leads in the polls for a long time now. Here's the link: http://www.pollingreport.com/2008.htm. You'll notice that the leads have held steady and I for one don't see a change in the future. I would expect Clinton to beat Guiliani by a small margin in the national election, but this could be wishful thinking on my part. And of course, with the electoral college, the popular vote might not go to the eventual winner.

Republican side, I sincerely HOPE that Ron Paul will be elected. Who do I THINK will be elected? That's too early to tell. Everyone 2 months ago was for Giuliani and Romney. Now they look like they are dumped for Fred Thompson (an actor, how do you tell anything about the guy). I sort of like Tom Tancredo too.
Democrat side, I would HOPE Gravel, but it looks like Obama (who I used to like, until I learned much more about republicans and democrats, and special interests).

Well, you have to realize we seem to have 2 distinct groups here in the U.S. and I'm not talking about Dems & Repubs.
I'm talking about group 1 which will vote for the candidate chosen by their particular party no matter if that candidate has poor political sense, or not.
Group 2. Is made up of the LARGER masses of eligible voters that are so disgusted with "politics as usual", that they seldom vote at all.
To get them to vote we need a:
PATRIOTIC, TRUE AMERICAN POLITICAL HERO!
I personally believe that person is Ron Paul!
Time To Wake Up Fellow Americans!

Hillary Rodham Clinton. That answer is honest because I support Giuliani or Thompson over her. I've had enough of Bushes and Clintons myself.

Definitely NOT Fred Thompson.
I'd like to see Biden, but I wouldn't be surprised if Clinton or Obama are elected.

Based strictly on the Republican performance record, I'd say a Dem has a pretty good shot at getting elected in '08.
